Handy location for travelling from northern to southern France. Wouldn't want to stay for more than 1 night. Bedding was clean. Breakfast was good. The room was in a state of disrepair and needed updating. Mould on bathroom ceiling and around tiles, which no amount of cleaning would have resolved. There was dust on the bedside tables and the carpet was old and falling apart. Bed was not very comfortable. Have stayed in campanile before and they have been much better. Not the fault of the staff, who were pleasant, the hotel just needs to be refurbished.

Located close to the A71 very convenient for travelling. The room was clean and comfortable for the short stay. Pet friendly and areas to walk your dog. The room was clean but there was a very strong smell of air freshener which was over powering. They do not have family rooms which meant we had to split up.

Nice setting. Clean and comfy. Floor carpet could do with renewing.

The breakfast was very good . The hotel was quiet and peaceful . The hotel is dog friendly. The room was very tired and badly needs updating and redecorating. The shower was very good with plenty of warm water but the shower cubicle had a lot of black mold between the tiles which is rather off putting. The towels were very small and well worn, they definitely need replacing . We travel often through France and this was the first time we have used Campanile Hotels, we usually stay in Ibis hotels, we were disappointed in the standard of the room so will be using Ibis and not Campanile again.

Easy access to/from motorway. Good breakfast. Unfortunately the first room had a broken shutter & the second room hadn’t been cleaned. The third room was ok. Very noisy from other guests.

Very convenient location next to autoroute. Clean comfortable rooms. Restaurant on site. Reception is separate from rooms. Needs to be refreshed.

Our first room was too far from the carpark (to be fair I should have specified ground floor) for my husband to walk comfortably. It also smelt strongly of drains. I asked to move rooms, which was no issue. I was presented with the wifi code but with no explanation. It did not follow the instructions on screen so I had to return to reception for details. Despite checkout time being up to midday I believe, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am! Not what I needed after a long drive the day before.

Not bad. However, we have stayed at lots of Camponiles, and this is the 1st time our dog has been refused entry to the dining room. Eventually, an area in reception was sorted so we could have a meal, but the staff were not happy.

The internal doors and the carpet had suspicions looking stains on them, I complained at reception and was shown a report, made by a previous guest, stating that the stains were oil and the room was scheduled for a redecoration but I could move room if I wished but as I’d already unpacked I declined. The fact is that they all ready knew about the condition of the room then it should of been withdrawn from service, not impossible as the hotel was under 25%occupied. I am a frequent guest at this hotel and this was a disappointing level of service.

Convenient for a night stop over. Looking very tired and outside lighting was bad, after going out for dinner it was total darkness and very difficult to navigate steps up to 1st floor.

Good

Proximity to motorway; room clean and comfortable Unhelpful attitude of personnel at Reception - although I speak fluent French. On arrival our booking for ground floor room due to husband’s limited mobility, although confirmed at time of booking, not acknowledged, but then after pressure grudgingly arranged. WiFi not available in room, although being used in main building at Reception. No attempt to link us to wifi access, even though queried and requested.
