The location and cleanliness of the hotel where really nice. The staff were helpful, but the morning breakfast staff weren't very cordial. The television wasn't plugged and made giant pop and the power went out when I plugged it in. The staff came to fix it, but couldn't, so we had to switch rooms. In the next room, half of the power outlets didn't work. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were very hard and flat. When I went to take shower you were only given a packet of shampoo and a packet of bar soap. The shower did have a place to shower shelf so you had to hold the shampoo and bar soap at the same time. I had to balance the tiny bar soap on the shower faucet so I could shampoo my hair. Ad since there wasn't a place to put the used packets while in the shower you had to toss them on the shower floor. Is it that hard to install a shower shelf and some soap dispensers? Perhaps but some new pillows. Even better would be to buy new mattresses as the current ones are very hard. For the price of this hotel I feel there are better options around the area.

the room is cute. I liked the view from the balcony. Balcony was a nice touch. we didn’t have Wi-Fi the whole 3 days we stayed there which is very inconvenient when you are roaming and need internet. also the pillows were very uncomfortable.
