1. Security were rude to my kids saying that we cannot take our camera into the hotel when no photography related restrictions were not mentioned anywhere during check in. Mobile phone camera are allowed but professional cameras are not. We had lizards in the room and had to call pest control.

I have stayed here many times in the past few years. I left few reviews and I think they still hold good. Parking In/out. Not enough room at the entrance to get in/out of car at leisure/peace, just have to rush as few other cars are waiting to climb the hill (elevated driveway). Also, if there are just couple of cars waiting to enter the gate while security do their process, the cars behind on the road could be blocking traffic. This is even bad if a VIP is staying or checking in. Something else have to be thought for this even if it costs a bit more.

We had an excellent experience staying at Novotel Varun Vijayawada. The room was clean, neat, and very comfortable. Best place to stay with kids. Our kids enjoy it a lot. My son & I had a good swim. The view from the pool located on the rooftop was beautiful. Some staff members or supervisors need more training, some are outstanding in response, especially Qaseem, who is a very helpful person in the Food Exchange Restaurant.The overall experience was good. On 25.05.2026, at the time of breakfast, "I am deeply disappointed by the hostility and the unprofessional behavior shown to my family by your duty manager; a five-star establishment should employ leaders who know how to welcome families, not intimidate them." Nine out of Ten due to that duty Manager.

The Hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff were exceptional. Mr. Soubik M. helped us out to set up meeting rooms and facilities we needed, on the front desk Mr Lajit was super diligent, and the main chef took such good care of us

Breakfast is good. Cleanliness in the room. Lot of dust behind the bed. Pool is closed. Staff in the high tea area behaviour.No one informed snack at 4PM.The steep height for hotel entry

Breakfast was excellent. General ambience of the hotel was good. Rooms were ok. The kitchen/breakfast/lunch/dinner area was located directly below on the ground floor in the atrium. This is causing the food flavors to permeate the entire lobbies of the atrium where the rooms are located. Management needs to address this issue by redesigning the kitchen area so food smell is contained in the kitchen. Carpets in the lobbies smell of food. The afternoon Coffee/Bar area could be better.

Stayed for a night at Novotel Vijayawada. May be the biggest hotel in town that all big shots prefer. Beat thing about the property is the track and pool on roof top. Really liked that Too vrowded. Service during dinner buffet was poor. Had seen better buffet & taste in Vijayawada

The location Absolutely pathetic staff, slow response and it took an hour for checkin. Room was having a foul smell, no Wifi, wall plastering peeling off in some areas, the aircon was ineffective.
