Rooms are well maintained almost to the std of a 5 Star property The water pressure in shower was v low on day 2 and for a ew hrs there was even no water

Nothing. The A/C was not properly working. The bathrooms were not clean and very untidy, especially the toilets. There was also no hot water and we asked them to come help us with it and they didn’t. They then told us that the water reaches a certain temperature which felt like ice water, not even the slightest bit lukewarm. We booked the room for three people and they only gave us one towel so we had to ask for more and they took forever to get us those amenities. They also charged me extra for my daughter (teenager) because apparently the room was only for two people but on booking.com it said max capacity was three people. The rooms are disgustingly small and they charged us for an extra “bed” which was a dirty mattress we had to put on the floor. We ordered room service as well, the food was overly priced and when we asked for a plate and utensils, they didn’t give us them. Overall I paid roughly Rs. 3,500 and the food was Rs. 500, this was such a horrible experience. Save your money and stay somewhere else or with a relative so you don’t experience the same headache we did.

The cleanliness in the room, the facilities The front desk people didn't ask whether the payment went through as I belived it's been paid.During checkout, I was shocked to know that it didn't go through and it delayed my exit.

Not applicable Staff behavior was very bad and no proper response to the inquiry. There was no cleanliness and water supply in the bathroom. Rooms were not in good condition. By seeing the online photos and reviews I booked it but soon realized that it was a mistake.

Locality is pleasant ...with plethora of amenities. Room wasn't spacious as it mentioned in pics...photos n reality wasn't matching...also bed comfo also not good ...it was not good for good sleep...felt uncomfortable...

Liked the location of the Hotel. Near to the market. Was required to ask for basic things in the bathroom. Was expecting it to be there. Also, at the time of check out, I had to literally search for people as there was nobody at the counter.
