The Staff, The Location and the View of the Hotel was good It was a 4 star hotel. They should have at least kettle to make tea if coffee is not possible. We had kettle in 3 star hotel. It was not a 4 star hotel for me actually. The Breakfast was also not that much good. There was no nutella. Who eats pancakes with jam? There was not variety of fruit. Every day the fruit were mostly the same.

It was clean It is close to the tramway which could be good and bad. Could hear it going by in the evening and early morning
-
The location There is no water and coffee in the room
-
Slightly uphill when you return if you want to walk back.
-
Beds are hard. The room could be cleaner. Shower curtain was black at the bottom. Should have been changed out. Smelled.
-
Clean room. friendly and helpful breakfast staff. No internet connection on tv and unable to use important tv apps. No bar and the reception staff not friendly at all.

Ok value for money. Nice hotel but not 4 stars. Breakfast is ok but very simple for 4 stars (fruit, for example, is very limited in variety). Shower temperature is unstable. Outside parking belonging to the hotel was reserved for a bus, so guests weren't allowed to use it during my stay.

Everything was alright

Clean, comfortable, nice. The mattress was very comfortable, good bathroom (I just wish they had conditioner- there was only shampoo). The restaurant on the top floor was delicious!! I got a fish (not the cod- the other one) that comes with risotto and devoured the whole plate, so good!! Breakfast is also good. . It’s located in a residential area of Gaia (not Porto) but I didn’t really care about that, just saying.

Breakfast and room were pretty good Lots of ants in the room if you leave any food around
-
worth for the money paid
-
Breakfast Close to metro No air conditioning Noisy street if you open window for air
-
Like being away from the crowds in old town. Only a short ride down on the metro to old town
-
Nice staff They charge taxes for additional people if booked a room of twin beds and I only had my name on the reservation… ridiculous why would I book two beds if I’m alone?
-
Value for money.

They say it’s a 4 stars hotel but it’s not.

Very professional and helpful gentleman at reception. We got a free upgrade to a beautiful suite which was great. Good breakfast. Free parling There was a problem with the shower faucet.

Nice breakfast. Location was very good. My room was given to someone else. The room I received in exchange was not close to my traveling family, but was on the executive floor, which was nice. However, the room was very warm and uncomfortable. The A/C apparently was not working. Also, the hotel was dated.
