Pay for the Suite to use the jet tub and it wasn't working propeely. The jets came out of the tub and black dirt to the water, horrible. I request for it to be fix and it was never done during my stay. They only offer a 10% discount and that was not reasonable for the inconvenience. Additional, safety is an issue; to exit the tub there is no handle and the floor gets wet every time you take a shower. (Note: the shower is inside the tub). I address this issue because I felt down while I was coming out of the tub. Lastly, the suite is not prepare for hadicaps.

The hotel has what you need to have a good trip and rest, whithout luxuries. The location is fine, like 6 blocks away from the town-hall, the breakfast is nice, though not so many options, and the staff is very kind, the rooms are very comfortable. I would go back.

Our room was very big and the small refrigerator was great! Also the large bathroom and bathtub was nice. Being able to bring our dog was why we chose this place! The hot water was not always hot.

The junior suite room is quite large, so is the bed. The location was great, staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good, simple but enough. The commodities and quality of them within the room (toiletries, towels, bed sheets) are not of high quality as you would expect in a Boutique hotel and for the price paid for. The room was very dark and did not filter noise at all from the streets. The shower could improve, the water was barely warm and did not even have a shelf to put your toiletries inside. You had to use the floor and the water inside turns into a pool (drain does not work properly). They only provide a robe, but no slippers. For a boutique hotel with a pool and spa, this is more than expected and needed. The bed was large but could be more comfortable and bed sheets of better quality. The parking lot was small and uncomfortable to park.
