The location is the best one I dont recommend this one for a family trip, it’s hard to get the stuff into the hotel and there is no help to do so. It was very expensive too since there are no so much amenities available and the service was just ok. The breakfast took like forever.

Social Areas were very nice, you think because of this the rooms are going to be nice, but they were Bad. the rooms very old, Mattress was terrible, Pillows Terrible, bathroom terrible, it's not worth the value, will never be back

The hotel building, especially its public areas, are quite beautiful, and it is located in one of the best parts of Villa de Leyva. Staff was friendly (but needed better management). The hotel is quite beautiful, and the staff was very friendly when we visited. However, there were many instances of management problems, likely from absent management during midweek. The parking lot pricing was misleading, which could have caused conflict had we chosen to escalate. Despite the hotel being almost empty most of our stay, we were put in one of the worst rooms available, ground floor next to reception and without windows to the outside. There was a general feel of lack of senior management onsite, with staff doing the best possible, but often lacking hotel standards. It was the most expensive hotel during our visit to Colombia, and though fine, it was an inferior experience compared to all the others.

Beautifully decorated with spacious and unique rooms. The food was delicious and the atmosphere of the common areas was relaxing and had many secluded spaces to enjoy a game of cards, delicious food, or relaxing by the fire. Some of the rooms facing the road had were a bit loud at night due to a basketball court right outside.

Beautiful hotel with many tranquil spaces very close to the main plaza. Comfortable beds with beautiful rooms. Feels like going back in time because of the decorations and the structure of the hotel. Staff could use a bit of training.

The hotel is a stunning house, large rooms and very clean. The location is perfect since it is a 5min walk to the Plaza Mayor but also very quiet. what makes this property excellent is definitely the staff. A group of young ladies that took care of everything with best disposition!

Private and tranquil property. Large well appointed rooms with antique decor. Beautiful courtyard with breakfast patio and plants. Romantic, historic, elegant property. A magical boutique house.

Convenient location, in the center of the town. It was very expensive for the room you get. The bathroom and shower are terrible

the location is perfect . the breakfast is delicious . the bed is very confortable . the staff is great . for the money that you pay , they could keep extra toilet paper in the bathroom , they could give more towels and more shampoo . overall they could arrange the bathroom better .
