Breakfast was really good, location is the best right next to the town's square and lots of restaurants around to choose from. The sauna was really good as well. Staff was great and parking is also a great feature in town. It is a shame that such a wonderful hotel is lacking some basic maintenance. With a few touches of paint and some cleaning it would really shine. Pool Area: Overgrown plants are starting to get through the window, the roof needs some cleaning, the pool was not properly cleaned, and it was failing to deliver hot water. Room: In the room's bathroom shower the paint had some mold/fungus build up which should be addressed asap. Pillow were also a bit hard.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. I had every thing I needed. Parking onsite was convenient and easy to find.

The building is historic and the swimming pool was warm. Given the price, it was disappointing that in our first room the toilet and shower did not work properly, but they did move us. There was also a large meeting in the hotel, which was loud and not the relaxing respite we had hoped for.

Outstanding service and facilities Too much noise close to our room, they had a lot of noise like a construction crew next to the house, which was very uncomfortable.

The location is absolutely perfect. The facility was very quiet and the balcony view of the rooms was very nice. The beds are extremely comfortable.. the perfect place for a comfortable rest after a long day.

Great location, very typical Leiva architecture My room next to staff only door and constantly door banging; I had to yell at one employee for banging the door. Last day, at 7:30am no one was in kitchen or dining room to make or serve breakfast.
