The place is right next to an open-air club with loud music until 3AM. It was almost impossible to sleep. The room was tiny.

It is well located, the staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good The room wasn’t as big as we expected for the price we paid.

Great Service, very cute and clean. Excellent location, a few steps from the main square. Breakfast was delicious, a few different options and you can take in the inner courtyard, which was very pretty and cozy. Very quiet. We got a nicer room as suggested by booking but the room turned out to have the bathroom without a wall all the way up to the ceiling and no door, kind of an open concept bathroom. Apparently it’s “Italian style”. We ended up staying in a lesser room but still paid for the nicer one. The beds were a bit too firm but we slept well.

The hotel’s location was convenient due to its proximity to the main attractions. It’s a really nice place, but it’s important to be aware of the noise from the service staff. In some rooms, you can hear everything from outside, which makes it difficult to get some rest.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were basically but comfortable. The shower was amazing. Breakfast at the hotel was really good as well. It is simple but tasty. The fresh fruits and coffee were the highlight for us. The most amazing thing was the staff. It was as if we were the only ones at the hotel. Any request we had was answered quickly and with a level of service that I have not seen in Colombia. The rooms are basic, which was expected. It would have been nice to have a fan in the room. The upstairs walls are thin, so we could here music from outside the hotel at night. It wasn't too loud but as a lite sleeper it was annoying.

The front desk young girl is very special. The breakfast girl is very nice and breakfast selection is amazing. Location is excellent. We liked a common area sofas. The street is very nice, a few steps to the main plaza.

This was a lovely place to stay in Villa de Leyva. The staff were really friendly and helpful and it’s in a great location in the centre of town, close to all amenities and restaurants. There are two lovely outside spaces for eating breakfast and the room was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

The Staff was amazing. Edith at the front desk was so lovely and helpful in every way. The decor is beautiful. Lots of nice spaces to enjoy a coffee or read a book other than in just our lovely room. Location was great! We really loved everything. Not a complaint but I would have enjoyed better lighting in the bathroom. The light was purely ambient and pretty but not good for looking in a mirror.

Old school charm. Helpful staff. Great location. The room we were given was very cozy. Delightful stay. Probably wouldn’t have wanted to be in such a small room for more than one night.

Hotel is located on a one way street with no parking allowed. If arriving at same time as others, you might have to keep driving around until that one car is done unloading or find parking 1-2 streets over, so you can check-in and obtain the parking/ garage ticket for where you will leave your car during your stay. If you have luggage with wheels it can be a hassle to drag them over the cobblestone roads. It’s not a big deal, but just be aware and patient.
