We had one of the balcony rooms and it was a good size and the bed was large and comfortable. The location was close to town and you could walk to the main square in less than 10 minutes. Plenty of local shops/restaurants nearby so you can avoid the main pricey tourist spots. The front rooms face one of the main roads. Buses/trucks start running early so you can't sleep in. I would ask for a back room. There is a shared kitchen but it was not well equipped and often dirty. There was no shower head in our bathroom, so water just came out of a pipe.
