The parking lot is located around 200m from the hotel and you have to have the hotel staff to open the access for you. So you have to stop by at the hotel lobby first before you can access the parking. This is tricky. Other than that, this hotel is great.

Really good amenities! The beds were comfortable, excellent location near to restaurants.

The provided breakfast was excellent and a pleasant additional amenity. The location was very central and easily accessible to many points of interest in the city. My family and I were welcomed and made comfortable.

We liked our stay in the old colonial hotel. It’s in the city center with avaible parking lot. The town is so beautiful, and we were happy to have easy access to restaurants and easy walks around. The owner and staff were nice and welcoming, breakfast was delicious.

Helpful staff in this centrally located classic Hotel. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were surprised by the included breakfast the next morning that exceeded our expectations. Nothing comes to mind

The location is excellent, just one block away from the town main square. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is always willing to help and guide you to find activities.

We got assigned a room facing the park, we didn’t get much sleep Friday or Saturday people drinking, being loud and playing loud music until 6:00 am police didn’t do anything.

An Unforgettable Stay I spent 3 nights at this wonderful property and loved every moment. The staff and owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel at home from the start. The location was perfect, and their deep knowledge of local history, food, and hidden gems made all the difference. Every recommendation was spot-on. This place offers so much more than just a stay—it’s a full, heartfelt experience. Highly recommended! I looking forward to come back and stay in this place again.

The wifi did not work well in the room. Breakfast needs more variety.

This is a quaint and unusual hotel with several interesting features. There is also a spa if you want a massage. Our room was very pleasant but the view from our window was roof tiles. The hot chocolate served at breakfast was lovely and there was a cook to make fresh eggs if wanted. There is a delightful enclosed courtyard and a games room with a pool table. Overall it was a lovely place. The breakfast was good for those without any food allergies but more limited if you can't eat gluten or dairy.

Beautiful house decorated with taste, close to main square, they allowed us to park the car at their private parking, we asked to change the room to the ground floor because of difficulties with stairs, and this was handled fast and to our satisfaction. If you do not speak Spanish most of the staff become ignorant, not friendly and ask you to use online translator. I do not expect a conversation, but I did not see a mere effort from the staff to understand or learn a couple of words in English. It makes you feel like it’s your fault that you did not study Spanish before deciding to travel to Colombia. If you cannot work with your staff on this issue, then do not accept reservations from non Spanish speaking countries to make your staff satisfied, and I will give my money to another enterprise that care about hosting people from abroad.
