There was de facto no internet in the room (very basic need for tourists), walls are very thin and you cam hear everything, which doesn't help when cleaning starts so early. Beds were not comfortable.

Excelente customer service, attention to detail and a honest will to serve others. Everything. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with joy and excitement. The staff was extremely helpful and easygoing. There are no words to express how pleased I was staying at this property—and I know quite a few. Last but not least, hotel location was fantastic! Great place to stay at Villa de Leyva ??. Marlene is the best host ever!

We really enjoyed our three nights at the hotel. The setting is beautiful. It is very quiet despite being on one of the principal roads. The staff were very friendly and provided us with lots of information in Spanish ( we are Spanish speakers).I would highly recommend a stay here N/A

Lovely roomd, very spacious and with great amenities. Super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are not well isolated, so It can get very noisy if people speak in the floors, or you can easily hear the ringing of the entrance door.
