Is well located, few meters away from the main plaza The jacuzzi on the spa had too much chlorine and damaged some color of our clothes and during the bath it made our eyes to sting

Location is great The charge you extra for paying with credit or debit card. They are charging more than stated in booking. And they only want people to pay in cash

The location The room they don’t even have a nigh table where you could put your personal belongings , roaches in the room

Location I paid for a private room with a private bathroom, but instead I was given a private room with a separate bathroom, which required crossing a hallway where another room was located. This was very uncomfortable. Additionally, the room next to ours had two dogs that barked every time we needed to use the bathroom, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.

The innkeepers were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is close to the center of town but quiet. There is nothing I didn’t like

The location is great, good bed, and the jacuzzi is amazing There were small insects in the bathroom I think it’s because it’s humid

Breakfast was good. There were two rooms for taking meals, both of them are ok. It's kind of expensive compared to other places with more facilities

They are asking you to pay 40% into a bank account before arriving at the property. This makes me feel uneasy, and they have threatened you, saying that if you don't pay, the reservation won't be confirmed, even though the booking platform shows it as confirmed. If you want to pay with a card, they charge an additional 5%, which is an unfair practice. They are making the check-in, check-out, and stay more complicated by requiring a full inventory check of the room.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice that there’s filtered water you can grab any time. They also let us park our bikes in the parking lot which was very nice! Room was also great! We had the room with the jacuzzi which was big, comfortable and the jacuzzi very nice! Maybe they could have given a little more explanation about the hot water use for the jacuzzi, cause now it turned cold at some point.

Location is great, near to the Central Park, rooms are comfortable, however the place was too noisy during night, due to other visitors. The lady of the front desk was a lit of bit rude.
