Hot tub very very old. No soap ans shampoo. Towels are like paper. Breakfast is very dull

The workers were very enjoyable, helpful, knowledgeable and had great suggestions for things to do. Myriam, Karen and the night person were very nice, respectful and friendly. The location was just right, near everything. The hotel very cute in the colonial style we expected. Good restaurants very nearby with very good food, if you like to try typical Colombian food. However, we ate at a Spanish restaurant, Alma Gitana, which had live music and the owner, Juan was a participant in The Voice...he was the live music...flamenco and Spanish music. We had tapas suggested by Nidia, the wife, and part owner...good food. We want to return. We ate at other places with good results. Everyone in the town was very friendly. Have to try the CANELAZOS...great drink...find out what itis. I didn't like walking on the cobblestone streets.... hard on your ankles...but there are narrow walking paths in many of the streets.

Close to the plaza. Great architecture. The bed had a hole in the middle and the bathroom door knob was loose and I got stuck inside. Good thing my husband was in the room and helped me opened.

1. The room was nice but not heated, and I was very cold 2. One could not flush toilet paper in the toilet 3. There were hair from a previous guest in the bathroom 4. On the second day, the shower water wouldn't quite get hot 5. Breakfast was scant
