I like that the property is near the train station, very accessible to the train. That it doesn’t have instant coffee in the room. ?

It's a new property/building, so in that sense it's nice. Although it has a great access to Metro (line 14) there is not much around the property (there is only one supermarket in 12 minutes walk, and another one in around 20; no coffee shop whatsoever...). The room was clean. There is just a bit of smell in the property (swage kinda smell) which it seems to be normal in Paris during summer.... the gym is not well equipped. There is only one treadmill (which was broken), one stationary bike, one air walk machine, and a some weights (maximum 6 KG). .. The gym is very small and outdated.

The nice view from my room was amazing. Two minutes walking to the metro, connecting to all Paris. Bath, kitchen and bedrooms new and clean… I can wait to come back!! I had excellent time!!

No cleaning

The beds a quite soft, which we were not used to, however that is more personal prefference than a real dissadvantage. The bed sheets however did not "breathe" very well. So even though the rooms were air conditioned very nicelly, we still ended up sweating a bit while sleeping.

Nice modern and comfortable accommodation with good amenities (including basic kitchen, useful for simple meals). Has strong AC (visited during a heat wave). Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant on top floor offers some simple pre-made but tasty dishes for dinner at a reasonable price in case you don't want to go out. Right next to metro line 14 station, very convenient and fast to reach the city center. On top of a hill, great view of the city. Overall, very good value for money (considering Paris prices). While our room was spacious, the layout was a bit uncomfortable as there is barely any space next to the beds. While the location is generally nice and feels safe, there are no amenities (shops, cafes, restaurant, etc.) in comfortable walking distance, so you will need to take the metro to get to anything (not a big problem for us, but can depend on personal preference).

Everything Nothing

I ordered a taxi one night in advance to pick me up from hotel early in the morning and drop me at the airport. I was told that everything was okay. The next morning someone was there, with no taxi sign and a confusion was created related to payment method. The person at the reception didn't care and cancelled the booking. Fortunately, this person with no taxi sign drove us to the airport with half the price proposed by hotel.

Very clean and modern Too far from Paris centre. It usually took us about 45 minutes to get into town.

May 22, 2026: 8:30 PM. The bad experience was the front desk lady that worked the 8:30 PM evening shift. She was rude and unprofessional. She refused to provide her name when I complained that the A/C did not work. She was not helpful. She also refused to provide the hotel managers name. May 22, 2026: 8:30 PM. The hotel is new, modern design, very clean, quiet. Room is quite large with big bathroom. Huge windows. Kitchenette with basic utensils and a small refrigerator. A/C works flawlessly. Bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly. 100m from a brand new metro station of line M14. 15 minutes from Orly airport. The area seems to be a brand new development in the suburb of Paris. Safe area. The TV is small (25 inch). No Keurig or Nespresso coffee maker in the room. There is no restaurant or convenient store near by. The closest store is 15 minutes walk away.

A huge, spacious room that included all the kitchen essentials such as cutlery, a refrigerator, and even dishwashing detergent — everything had been thoughtfully provided. It was really lovely. I wish it had been closer to the city center, but it was only a 30-second walk to Metro Line 14. The shower cabin doors were not fitted properly; at one point, one came off in my hand while I was trying to close it, but I was able to put it back in place. Once it is fixed properly, it definitely won’t be a problem anymore.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect and the staff were amazing, especially the Moroccan girl at the reception who was very kind, professional, and welcoming. The service overall was excellent and the hotel was clean and comfortable there are no nearby shops or mini markets around the hotel area to buy basic things like water or snacks

The pillows were too thin. The hotel photos emphasize the Eiffel Tower view, although not all the rooms offer it. The croissants could also have been better, especially by Paris standards.

Everything was good but when the sun is out, your room will be heated for real. The A/C did not really help so I only hope that the A/C will work
