Best Western Marina Del Rey

We are from the US so not having wash cloths was an adjustment.

Central location. Good breakfast. Good restaurant (w/ Italian and Chilean dishes for dinner). Very helpful staff. I would use BW again next time we visit Viña!!

I was surprised at the location. I usually stay at the casino hotel but they had no availability for the nights I needed. This hotel was perfect! Very friendly staff and clean rooms.

The location, the breakfast and the facilities were all excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The description on Booking mentioned a hot tub and we assumed it was a public hot tub, perhaps in the gym area. This was not the case. Upon checking in we asked about the hot tub and we were informed 4 suites have a private jet tub. Very disappointed. We were looking forward to it.

Simple, straight forward, convenient restaurant. The fact that it was in Vina Del Mar. We experienced about 10 security incidents in town and did not feel safe.

Comfortable place with double windows on the street side. We chose a room on the inside for less noise, even though the windows were single. Nice size rooms, great mattresses, good breakfast, free parking underground, amazing Peruvian restaurant across the street.

Mostly typical is faster hotel or hotel but the noise in the street was incredible. Breakfast was a low average. The staff was friendly Street was obnoxious voice from the car, siren police car and on and on you could never sleep

After reading other reviews, I expected the parking lot to be underground and difficult to maneuver — but it’s actually at ground level, and I had no trouble parking my pickup truck. The breakfast was excellent, with scrambled eggs, sausages, fresh bread, coffee, and pastries. The room was spotless upon arrival and cleaned daily — a nice touch, especially since many hotels in Europe no longer offer daily housekeeping. My room also had a small desk with a power outlet, perfect for setting up my laptop. Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. My room faced Viana Street, which has quite a bit of traffic both day and night. Unfortunately, during the night some cars and motorcycles seemed to be doing illegal racing, and the noise woke me up several times. Even though the room had double windows, the sound still came through. That said, I don’t blame the hotel — it’s more an issue that local authorities should monitor more closely.
