great view and comfortable room Parking arrangements and rates are confusing. Also, you pay almost 300 USD per night and need to be worried to do the check in before because of the large queues, as well as also need to be worried to be early at breakfast as it gets very crowdy from 9 am on.

Beautiful setting, food was great, staff each most excellent in all places. Fitness and pool facility was wonderful! Nothing

View was amazing, Restaurant was amazing, free breakfast was a feast for royalty. Only looked at the gym. Amazing. Out the door and there's a running trail along the road with ocean view or a short walk to the beach. Water is very cold so not much swimming. The hotel has two pools. Balcony in the room! Wow. A little pricy for me....lol. We did book last minute and it was the best choice of limited selection with ocean view.

The location was fabulous Allof the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. Nothing!

The location is absolutely beautiful. Right next to the ocean with amazing views. Everything was great

Had two nice dinners in the restaurant at a reasonable price. Smoking on the outside restaurant patio. We are from Canada where smoking is banned on any outside patio serving food or drinks.

I go every year , The excellent view from everywhere. The attention is excellent

The air conditioning could have worked better. Fortunately, there was a nice sea breeze most of the time which helped.

Ocean view is very good, the room size is good, breakfast has many choices, very good. the reception staff could be friendlier. The administration is very inflexible.

Have stayed at this hotel several times. Excellent ocean view from rooms overlooking entire harbour. Excellent beds and pillows allowing for good nights`rest. Efficient blackout curtains which, however, look a bit tired. Room carpeted floors need updating. Excellent gym installations with equipment for all preferences. Breakfast could not be more complete with enormous selection of quality food. Staff throughout (reception-restaurants-housekeeping) go out of their way to make stay memorable. Jacuzzi in spa has separate installations for men and women, therefore family/spouses cannot enjoy this facility together. Have made this comment before. This restriction is difficult to understand

Very friendly and helpful staff. . The rooms are spacious and have a great view of the ocean with floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom is also spacious with a separate walk-in shower. Did not have breakfast so can't comment. Even though there was a big work conference going on we were spared the disturbance because they thankfully put on us on a different floor away from the bar noise. The rooms need a good clean. It looked like months of dust had gathered around the balcony doors. There was other people's hair on the bathroom floor. It felt like they just cleaned the usual areas as quickly as they could and didn't give enough time for housekeeping to do a proper job. The carpet wasn't vacuumed for the three days we were there. You need to wear a swimming cap in the indoors spa pool. Would have been good to have some warning before arriving. You can buy one when you are there. However, it seems to depend on how well the staff police it.
