Honestly, there's nothing good to say about this hotel. I'm shocked that it is still open, but I chose it because it's actually in a good location somehow, and the pics are photoshopped. Don't waste your time or money ! I've been to hotels around the world. The room was dark, tiny and windowless with a moldy smell. I thought "well, maybe I can take a shower at least.' The water was cold. My wife and I were so exhausted, we took a nap on their dirty bed and checked out without spending the night. At least their WiFi helped us find a normal hotel. Bye !

The location was very good The bathrooms in all the rooms smell disgusting. When you smell It in your room it's hard to sleep. The sheets were all very old. The hot water does not work. You can't pay with a card and the receptionist was not very nice on the first night. They take you to your room don't tell us they didn't have a card machine then when we try to transfer they force my friend to come down to reception to make transfer Infront of them when easily the other person who was already there could show the transfer copy. But the worst thing is the smell and no hot water

Everything felt so cozy, it was easy to feel at home. The location was exceptional, it was so close to everything in Viña del Mar. A lot of services were available close to the hotel. some rooms were a little bit noisy, the windows didn't cover up much noise, but it was expected as the place was really close from the city centre.
