The breakfast was very nice, Chilean style. The dining area was a very nice area. As I remember, they had nice bottles of wine available for those so inclined. Of course, Chilean wines are well known. My room was spacious. There was a pleasant outdoors patio area below where one could relax outside. One could easily walk out to the main road and catch a bus to the national botanical gardens or down towards the coast to see the Reloj de Flores (Flower Clock) and Wulff Castle. The staff were most helpful. No complaints

The people are great. Very helpful and accommodating. The first night there were some young kids making noise way late and their parents didn’t do anything about it. Someone from the hotel should have talked to the parents. Difficult spot for the hotel but a conversation was needed.

My wife and I liked the overall appearance of the hotel. Inside and out, the room, lounge, and dining areas were beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the lounge area upstairs. Even though the hotel does provide beverages, my wife and I were able to buy the products we preferred at the store and enjoy them in that area. I loved the atmosphere (music and lighting)! I should have taken more pictures but I do have video of the room. We only live about an hour and a half away so it makes for a nice weekend trip. We hope to visit again soon. The only thing that I can point out was that our shower had a leak coming from the first right corner. We informed the staff and they were able to provide us with extra towels and stop the leak from making the whole bathroom floor wet. It wasn’t a big deal though. It should be an easy fix. I also had to kill a huge spider on our last night in the room with the TV but those things can show up anywhere so I’m not putting that on the hotel. Even with a super clean area like our room, a spider can pop up almost anywhere.

Location is quite good, and price was good as well. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel is an old house from the granddaughter of the founder of the town and they proudly do a tour of the property The breakfast is a bit ridiculous. They slice a slice of jam in 4 parts to make it seem like there is a lot, but there is actually just a slice of jam, salami and cheese per person. They charge 1.000CLP more for eggs. Worst shower we had in all Chile. The waste of water is just ridiculous and it’s impossible to wash your hair properly there.

The property was in a good location, easy to the metro, bus station and restaurants. Breakfast was provided. The street was quiet. The property showed better in photos than the actual place. Bedding and furniture needs updating. Lighting for reading was difficult, window treatments allowed too much street light thru windows.

You have to pay extra for scrambled eggs that I have been told by receptionist More toiletries perhaps and coffee machine

Central location and the staff were lovely. In particular the woman at reception (from the North of Chile, I didn’t get her name) was so helpful and accommodating and genuinely enthusiastic about her work. We were offered a tour of the place and told a bit of the history of the area. Would stay here again! Only thing I didn’t understand was that breakfast was included in the price but we were told we would need to pay extra if we wanted eggs. Never heard that in my life but at least the hotel is cheap so it wasn’t a big deal.
