Very claustrophobic…. I didn’t prolong my stay because of that.

Location and staff It is a bit noisy if your face the Main Street, but not terrible

Great location at the last minute on a Saturday night. Happy to get it. Restaurant was fantastic, with live music. Sax player was so cool. The jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise that I enjoyed. Tiny room, just barely fit the twin bed, and the most expensive room in a month in South America.

The location is good and the staff are very nice and kind. The room was terrible. I didn't have hot water in my shower and finally took a shower in cold water. The beds are not comfortable and it was a bad experience. Took it only because the city was fully booked...

absolutely nothing The front desk person at check in gives me a price of $105 then we do all the paper work and they change the price to $128 because he said he made a mistake. Then 1hr and half into my sleep the bed bugs where so bad i had to get outta bed and take a shower ..Packed my bag back up and left. Go dwn stairs to explain the situation asked for money back or even discount told me know. Not suprised by the answer took my keys and left the Property. You guys shouldnt represent this place no more. There really pathetic

Room very small on top of that was not hot water in the shower and at midnight was a water coming out of the toilet. They did not do any upgrade and they want to charge more for an extra day, I moved to Novatel great change and great choice

Good location, comfortable and clean room. Not double windows and the hotel is right on a busy street, so it’s noisy from the traffic. I had to sleep with ear plugs.

The room was nice, breakfast and location good The staff were rude on arrival as I did not have my tourist card. They offered no solution or help until one staff member did. The water pressure in the shower was also very hit and miss

Excellent check in, staff great, breakfast one of the best. Great location close to the beach. Room quite tiny, with no desk or seating.

The size of room was great for our family with two teenagers. Staff were consistently helpful and friendly. Great location with close access to the beach and museo. Nothing! It was great.

We were promised a room with street view. However, we were sent to the basement and there was no view. The room was too expensive for what we received.
