Location is perfect, hotel is clean but most of all - the owner and the receptionist was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Made me feel like at home. Private parking is just 20 meters away and very safe & convenient

Good location. Entrance was good parking was good. The room was ok but the bathroom was atrocious. Old, tiles were falling apart and dirty. Shower was so horrendous we did not even think of taking showers And the smell that came from bathroom was sooooo bad we slept with door closed and fan on because the smell was so bad almost like sewage smell.

The hotel is very well located. The staff was really nice, especially the team at the reception, who were very attentive and always willing to help. The breakfast was varied and of good quality. The rooms could be a bit better maintained, especially the bathroom, but overall everything was very good and I had a pleasant stay.

Staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the ability to park our car was appreciated. We were expecting a bit more in terms of the facilities in the room. Perhaps we were not assigned the best room in the hotel

Wonderful breakfast. Very nice place. I do not submit reviews, but this place deserved one.

This property is amazing the staff can’t do enough the breakfast was delicious the rooms were comfortable and great location There’s nothing we didn’t like

Very pleasant and helpful staff, especially the young people; good breakfast; refreshments freely available for guests throughout the day; convenient location close to beach and restaurants (but not close to city center); large room with comfortable bed. Room was shabby, with mold and peeling paint on the walls (photo), and dirty, gritty floor. There were no windows and only a skylight directly above the bed. At night, a bright light shone through the skylight straight on to our faces, making it impossible to sleep. After we asked on the first night, they covered the skylight until the second night but not on the third night. One night after 9 pm, a hotel staff came to our room to borrow the remote control for the air conditioner to turn off the one in the dining room (very strange!). Room was not soundproof and we could hear noises from other guests including very late at night. But worst of all was the bathroom- it was tiny (I'm a petite person but I could hardly move about without bumping into the walls or cupboard, worse yet for my husband) and extremely dirty with scum and black mold especially in the shower, and broken/missing tiles (photo). In addition, water accumulated in the shower due to a blocked outlet, which we cleared ourselves (ugh!) since it was late at night. On the third day we left the used towels on the toilet seat cover to be changed but they were just hung back and no clean towels provided until we asked reception. Soap and shampoo in limited supply so guests should bring their own (as we did). Some poor practices in the dining room need to be addressed, e.g., staff member rummaging though the pastries with her bare hands to select one for herself; resting the coffee pot spout on guests' used cups when pouring coffee (could spread germs). We don't know the condition of the other rooms but ours could greatly benefit from thorough cleaning and basic maintenance.

Location The photos online are very outdated. I dont know about other rooms, but my room was old and moldy. Even the bath mat had mold on it. First I was put in a room in with only a tiny window on the roof. As I said I dont feel comfortable with no proper window, they put me in another one with a ‘fake’ window. Only realised it later on that that window opens up to a small closed off space with just the hot air from the AC coming out. I couldnt sleep and I checked out earlier after speaking to the manager. To add to my disappointment, they charged me the full rate. I asked for an yoghurt for breakfast which they denied as well. Horrible experience

The location of this property is prime. It is within walking distance to everything. You can get good meals. You’re near the beach. You’re near a mall if you want do some shopping. The reception area of this property is fantastic. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very helpful and kind. They were accommodating. They provided secure parking. I spoke with them about our issues and they work to resolve what they could within their power and are going to work on the other things. I would highly recommend staying here.

This is a fabulous family run hotel in the central area of viña del mar. The staff are all incredibly kind and attentive. We stayed during our honeymoon travels and they left us with a special message and glass of champagne to celebrate. Incredibly sweet extra touch was appreciated. The breakfast is very good and well organised. They even did some laundry for us. Overall a very friendly and welcoming stay, would stay again!

Location location location! Very friendly family style hospitality. The property could use some upgrading, especially firmer beds and remodeling bathroom. But it was very clean.

One of the best places from our trip. The owner was so nice, giving recommendations and making sure we have everything we need. You could feel that she put her whole heart into this place. The room was very clean, organized, warm and cozy. Also the staff is helpful and I like that they give the possibility to work for disabled people, the boy with down syndrome was so adorable and reminded me of my brother and made me feel like home :) great location Just one advice - to let the guests know that they can choose both options (sweet and salty) for breakfast because we thought we could choose just one and it was a bit little for us but also we like to eat a lot for breakfast so maybe for other people it might be enough.

breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. The hotel was well situated in town, close to good bars and restaurants with the beach close by and in what, seemed a safe part of town

The location Nothing, everything was good
-
Very nice hotel, room was clean and comfortable. Located very close to the beach and restaurants area. The team was very kind, specially Lucas who helped serving breakfast. 100% recommended!
-
It's walking distance from restaurants and interesting places I didn't like that the room didn't have a window so it wasn't very fresh, the shower door and the drain needed to be cleaned.

Location Asking for tip at the moment of check out

We had a lovely balcony in our bedroom The bed was comfortable and there were nice toiletries. Breakfast was nice too. Water in the lobby to fill your bottle with. Parking was just over the road and loads of cafes etc close by. The staff are amazing. We had a wildfire when we were there and the electricity in the whole city went down. They provided torches, hot coffee and reassurance Noisy at night but with the doors closed it was manageable. Also noise from the other guests returning late at night
