Family run,, professional and helpful, great location

The staff at Appart Hotel Victoria are fantastic and very accommodating. We had a wonderful breakfast in the restaurant. The best part of the hotel are the rooms. They have everything a traveler could need to make morning coffee and tea, or to reheat a take-out meal in the evening. This is our second time staying at Appart Hotel Victoria and we hope to stay again as the location is also perfect.

The location was very convenient. The staff were also friendly. Lovely neighborhood. Room was a bit small. We needed to use the sofabed and when that was opened there was very little space. But overall we managed.

Breakfast offered a large selection of choices with plenty of protein (eggs perfectly cooked) and a variety of delicious breads and fresh fruit and juices. The street is lively but not over crowded. It is quiet at night. The business is run by helpful, competent, and very pleasant persons many of them family members. There is a relaxed and positive atmosphere. The rooms are cleverly functional and well designed which we appreciated. We were busy exploring Paris during the day and evening but the small size of the bedroom space took a little getting used to.

Everything about this stay was spot on. The room was spacious, cozy, and spotlessly clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. A major highlight was the delicious "a la carte" breakfast served at the Victoria Cafe. The location is unbeatable: situated in the center of Vincennes, it's just a 5-minute walk to the RER A and 7 minutes to Metro Line 1. Vincennes itself is a fantastic area, offering everything you need—from stunning architecture and great restaurants to easy access to the Bois de Vincennes, the largest park in the Paris area. No complaints

Wonderful location with cute shops and restaurants and easy access to metro line 1 and the RER. The room was newly renovated with wonderful amenities and a very comfortable bed! The management/staff were very welcoming and friendly and even stored my luggage for me. Nothing!
