The hotel is ideally located next to the Metro Nr 1 in a very nice area. The hotel room is clean, nice and the bed is comfortable. Staff is very kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Our hotel is in a great location! Close to the metro in the city of Vincennes. Very clean and quaint, with restaurants and cafes all around. Our front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ben, who went out of his way to make sure we have everything we need! We visited in early March, and it was unseasonably warm (which we were happy about! Our room was warm with no option for air conditioning, BUT, you can open the windows, so we were comfortable.

The hotel itself is newly renovated. The rooms as well and they were very clean and with everything that you needed. The breakfast was great.

Perfect location not to far from the center and to Disneyland Paris. Super Clean Unfortunately if your driving parking is not the best but Ben works at the front desk at night is super helpful and probably best thing about the Hotel

The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with an excellent location and a cozy, elegant vibe. The room was spotless and comfortable. Most importantly, Charlotte at the reception was absolutely exceptional, professional, kind, and genuinely caring. She made my stay extra special with her attentiveness and warm hospitality. Honestly, nothing to dislike, everything was smooth and well organized.

staff was friendly but could not address our concerns Room was very small. Queen size beed took up most of the room. The weather was cold. They did not turn the heat on. When we asked for blankets the staff person could only find sheets. We were told the heat would not be on for a few more days. On Sunday, Sept. 28th we were locked out of the building. We eventually knowked on a hotel window. A guest found the staff person. It was midnight. Staff was great. The Bestwesten facility was not. We would like a refund or to be comped for a future stay. Staff was notified of our concerns as we checked out.

What distinguishes this hotel most, however, is the exceptional quality of its staff. Every team member was professional, helpful, and sincerely committed to ensuring guests feel welcome. I had some issues with booking (completely my fault), and they helped resolve it to maximum satisfaction ( and they did not have to). In particular, I would like to recognize Ms. Charlotte, whose dedication and effort were outstanding. She was consistently helpful and attentive, offering assistance with warmth and efficiency, and her attention to detail greatly enhanced my stay. Overall, the hotel combines an excellent location and amenities with an excellent standard of service. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

The front desk staff were very helpful. Vincennes is a great place with access to both the RER and the metro. Quieter and cleaner than Paris, and of course, less crowded!

Conviniently located close to subway, RER, cafes and stores. Charlotte, our host at the front desk, was pleasant and helpful. Street parking is expensive. Opt for the garage near by.

Exceptional front desk, Mlle Charlotte was delightful and helpful-especially with parking. Nothing. But if picky I’d suggest BW Corporate France negotiate some dedicated parking.
