In summer there is no air conditioner in the room. It too hot.

Very friendly staff and very accommodating.. the location is amazing and the hotel is very clean and well organized. Maybe have a mini fridge in the room is a good idea.

Towels were small, no car parking unless on the road, no coffee/tea facilities n the room and no air conditioning but very central to facilities. Breakfast was lovely.

Perfect for one person…room was small, clean and equipped with what I needed apart from kettle. A cup of tea or coffee would have been nice! No kettle.

Very convenient staff, there was always someone at the desk and I had the option to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out.

We already paid the money from bookings.com but the staff kept forcing us to pay them again because the money wasn't paid according to them and they didn't let us in for an hour but later said that even though you haven't paid us we are letting you in. This is after we have showed them everything from the booking confirmation, to the bank statement, to the bank transaction to their exact bank account all of which they denied The staff and their attempt to not understand the situation and act weirdly

Great location, near metro, restaurants and shops. The hotel very clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. Miryam, the receptionist was fantastic, she provided a lot of good information. We were very happy with Hôtel du Château and highly recommend it.
