Le Grand Pavillon Chantilly

C’est magnifique et paisible. L’équipe est très gentille et disponible. La chambre était propre et spacieuse avec une salle de bain bien équipée. Seul petit bémol, il y avait comme une odeur de moisissure au niveau de la piscine sûrement dû au matériel utilisé pour le sol.

Close proximity to Chantilly. Had a road race there that made it harder to get there but we did make ok.

The area. My room was on the first floor and a long way from reception. Being disabled it made it very difficult. Got moved to another room on the ground level on our second night. Unfortunately there were ants everywhere.

Very clean, great staff, very relaxing

Very serene location. Good for relaxation. I’ll surely visit again with my husband. This is not to damage the reputation of the property but the bathroom upstairs in room 309 smells so bad . Complained to the cleaner Nadia and she said a technician will come check it but they never did. In all, it’s a lovely place to vacation.

Very beautiful property with tasty restaurant and warm, professional hospitality. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. We had quite a few pieces of luggage and staff helped guide us to our rooms with a golf cart. They prepared a lovely birthday surprise in my room when I arrived. We were very impressed with CRAFT’s dinner buffet and the staff who kindly explained the dishes. Hotel staff also helped to book an incredible horseback riding experience with Henson that highlighted views of a Chantilly castle, and beyond riding, great horsemanship. As our visit was in the summer we were looking forward to the air conditioning in the rooms. Unfortunately we ran into some issues, however the hotel did their best to correct.

The room was wonderful, comfortable and clean. We were in a duplex room with a cute spiral staircase. The selection at breakfast was great and we easily found options for our baby to eat. The bed in our duplex was small. However I think it’s the only option they had to get the bed upstairs. We also rented a room for Grandma and her room had a large bed. The price for the menu at the craft for dinner was expensive and the food was ok. The service disappeared after the restaurant filled up.

GOOD BUFFETR

Staff was really not helpful. We wanted to reschedule our trip 1 hour after the official allowed time and they refused. Lunch is ok but more like a big cantine/buffet, no much change allowed on the menu for special diet.

Stylish spacious rooms. Good pool and spa. Frankly the food options and kitchen hours are somewhat limited - not ideal for a hotel that is outside of town and far from any restaurants. Note also that guests are allocated only 2 pool hours, which work by reservation.

Waiting time for check in

Very modern room with nice terrace to sit out on. Really comfortable large bed, plenty of space in bathroom and good level of extras, pod coffee machine, mini fridge. Very quiet and relaxing surroundings. Staff very attentive, welcoming and friendly Rooms separate from restaurants and bar so if weather inclement would need rain jackets or umbrella.

Great restaurant - food and service! Good swimming pool! Smell of a toilet in the room spoiled everything. Not very convenient room. Old towels

We are very thankful to the personnel of the hotel, extremely helpful and responsive. Special thanks to the personnel at the restaurant ’Le Craft’, super professional and understanding. The kids club was excellent, our kids enjoyed the activities organised by the hotel for the Easter weekend very much, a small farm, poney riding and ‘chassé aux œufs’. Overall we had a great experience.
