Beach Carousel Motel

Location and price are fantastic. Overall the place was not clean, the pool was murky, bathroom sink and shower leaked, ants everywhere, and the rooms had so much coverup spray I didn’t even smell the musky smell in the room until about midnight.

near beach. It was dirty ,most things didn't work..we even had to change rooms cuz things were broken.They had bugs and I left with rashes and bites. Said coffee maker but not on in roomThe front desk person was neve rthere. they give you a hear dtime when asking for towels.or trasg.to.come.out..wish had longer pool hours.

Dirty floors bathroom fans had a lot of dust bathroom toilet was full of ash. Room smells like smoke carpet was all full of crumbs. Whole room was very un clean.

The pool was great and the space was decent The bathroom toilet was leaking and the whole bathroom smelled like old pee. Bathroom was not clean in general. There were cockroaches in the cupboards. Three of the lights in the room didn’t work we told them and they said there was nothing they could do. The outlets in the room were not working.

The rooms were not very clean and smelled like smoke. The kitchen only had like 2 stove tops that we would use.

THE ROOM WAS NOT WHAT THE PICTURES SHOWED. THE AIRCONDITIONING VENTS WERE COVERED WITH MOLD. THEY HAD BOX FANS TRYING TO COOL THE ROOM. WASTE OF MONEY, I DIDN'T STAY, WENT TO ANOTHER HOTEL. LOSS MONEY DUE TO POOR CONDITIONS!!!

Ac didn't work well, but it was conveniently located and pretty cheap. Beds were comfortable.

Honestly very fair for pricing, the people complaining about this or that need a reality check. Yes it could use some updating but it could have been WAY worse. Location is pretty decent you’re only one street from the beach and oceanfronts. Your right by the peer which is basically where the fun ends so what we did was take the trolly toward Neptunes beach and walked the shops and streets all night back toward the room! Kinda worked out perfect! Biggest up side to this CHEAP stay( this is not a 5 star place stop acting like that’s what you deserved when paying barley $100 per night ) is that there were NO BUGS FOUND:) that was my biggest concern and I found none so big dubs there ! Staff was also pretty chill no complaints there Only real downside was the AC not being per unit , it was pretty hot on there. Our room was clean ! Sheets were clean ! Bathroom was just fine , maybe a little slight mold spots on ceiling but hey you’ll get that. Didn’t smell the greatest but wasn’t anything unbearable. We didn’t get a kitchen room so idk about those ones but as far as just bed and bath our room was pretty dope . Right next to the pool , just nothing too fancy is all and that is exactly what I expected ! Not much too complain about! Will say it does look a little sketch pulling in but there was some nice families staying there at the time we were and everyone minded their own .

Staff was nice. I was only there for one night. I slept in my car because there was no way I was laying in the beds. I didn't want to be barefoot in the room. It was just sticky. Everything. Most of the lights didn't work and I'm pretty sure the AC wasn't working right.

The staff was really nice and friendly, the pool was clean & nice to swim in! Wow where do I begin, I do not want to bad mouth this motel but it’s absolutely disgusting, beyond filthy, nasty, smells so bad, very dirty! Definitely needs some upgrades, repairs, and major attending too! The location was great their pool was nice! I paid $1300 for 2 rooms for 2 nights wasn’t worth it at all!!! I’d never stay here again! Unfortunately I feel like I was taken advantage of because I live 10 hrs away I looked at photos and reviews and they’re all lies! Also I opened the door one morning and a long piece of the door frame like wood piece smacked me in the face when it fell off! Like sorry but what the heck….

Arrived on a Thursday. The system to check in was down. We finally got into our room and noticed two box fans in our room. It was very warm! Went to the staff and they said there was nothing they could do. No refund!! We stuck it out as long as we could but left before our trip was suppose to be over. I would NOT stay here!! ITS HOT!

Pool outside Outside Grouds paper,Trash and cigarette butts all over property. Had to plunge my own Toilet. Told them about the safe would not lock never sent anyone to look at the safe think it just needed a Batteries.
