In addition, this place seems to attract a remarkably well-mannered clientele: no loud music, no slamming doors, just people having a lovely vacation. I will definitely be back

The size of the room was great and the view was nice. The elevators were a bit wonky and took 5 minutes to reach the floor to get us but small inconvenience compared to the overall stay

Location of hotel is good, the beach is very nice and well maintained. The hotel is clean and the pool area while it has limited seating is also nice. Tides restaurant is very nice - A bit pricey but in line with a hotel restaurant. The views while eating especially at sundown are very nice. Upon check-in, my reservation could not be found. Apparently is got booked with only my Middle Initial and Last Name so they could not locate it. Took about 15 minutes to resolve. Once they checked me in, that was it. They did not provide me where my room was located, how to get to it, where the elevators were or anything about amenities or anything else. Just checked me in and that was it. They also did not tell me that parking is $30.00 per day. They lead you to believe that the paid parking is for day guests visiting the beach - It is not. Once we found our room, it was very nice and had a nice balcony view of the pool area and the beach/bay. We did find a few issues such as spots of black mold growing in the shower, the door lock was broken so we had to hold the inside handle down and then turn the outside handle to hold in in place to close the door. We also had an issue with the "daily room service" as we were there for 3 days before anyone serviced the room and that was only because I had to approach one of the housekeepers cleaning a room a few doors down and ask them to replenish our toilet paper, wet towels, coffee and take the garbage that had been piling up.

We stayed on the ninth floor oceanfront, and the view was absolutely spectacular! The room was definitely big enough to hold six people. when you first walked in there was a couch with a kitchen and a table. I didn’t get the full view of that part of the room, but I got some of it. Staff was very friendly, check-in process pleasant, the hotel was very clean and smelled very nice. The overall appearance of the hotel and the rooms in my opinion was very nice. I will agree with the other reviews about the parking spots, being very tight and the swimming pool. The swimming pool is definitely not big enough if you were looking to relax and lounge unless you get up and go put a towel down and then go about your business. Definitely not big enough by any means. We had plans other days but two of the days we rented a cabana on the beach because there were no spots at the pool. It was so relaxing on the beach! The restaurant was very nice, but not for my family. There was a lot of seafood and my children do not eat seafood so we ate out for dinner. Shorebreak pizza and Taphouse down the road from the hotel an absolute must! Our overall experience at this hotel was very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay!
