Property was clean and maintained breakfast could have been better don't eat pork and eggs

The location of this hotel is good with very close beach access. The room however was not cleaned to the standard I would expect to see. There were two dead flies in the bathroom, one on the floor and one stuck to the bathroom wall. The carpet in the main room was damp and dirty. I did not use the pool so I cannot speak on that. The gym was very small and had a strong chemical odor. Free coffee is provided but not cookies, as mentioned on a sign in the lobby. Took 45 minutes to be seen to check-in, with four parties ahead of us.

Property was well maintained, breakfast was convenient, room was clean and had good toiletries. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

I love they have pool and coffee 24/7 I don't like the breakfast, was i little poor

It was a great hotel with staff that showed they really cared. The pool was always clean and fresh towels available at pool side. The breakfast was about a 7 or 8 out of ten but always enough. The location is great only one block off of the board walk and right in the flow of shops and stores. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again next summer.

Great location near the boardwalk and stores. The hotel was clean and my kids enjoyed the pool.

This property was great for my family. It is really close to the beach, just a short walk across the street. It is extremely clean. The staff is constantly moping, sweeping, and cleaning the pool area. The pool was clean and very nice to have with towels to use. The staff was super friendly and always ready to answer any questions. The breakfast was great and included!!! We really loved the room. The bedding was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this property.

The properties was very nice. The pool was a great addition to the experience. It's a small place, but. It holds a lot of people. There's stairs and a side entrance, overflow parking and elevator to your room. We had a room that slept six. We had everything that we needed from the hotel for the room. The staff was very helpful and service oriented. It's so close to the beach and has an awesome view of the water.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good, but I would suggest investing in a waffle machine and have more fruits for the kiddos. Everything was close the beach, stores, restaurants etc. The carpet was soooo dirty and smell bad. I had to pay separately for parking

I was also surprised to find that a standard crib costs $50. For a hotel that presents itself as family-friendly, I would expect a basic crib to either be complimentary or at least reasonably priced. A crib is a fairly standard accommodation at many family-oriented hotels, so the additional $50 charge was disappointing. The condition of the room was another concern. There was a noticeable smell in the room, which I assume may have been related to the carpeting. Additionally, the corner chair had what appeared to be leftover sand from a previous guest. These details gave the impression that the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly before our arrival.

It was a pleasant stay with good coffee available throughout the day. The room was spacious with a convenient couch pull out bed.

Carpet in the room, location This has honestly been the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We are extremely disappointed with our stay. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it offered breakfast and a pool. Unfortunately, both were very disappointing. The breakfast was terrible, with almost no variety or choices. There are not enough tables for the number of guests, and there are long lines just to get breakfast. The pool is also very small and was another disappointment. The windows in our room face directly into a wall, making the room feel extremely dark and unpleasant. There is also a bad smell in the room, and it seems like there may be a laundry or utility/maintenance area underneath us. The water in the bathtub drains very poorly. We reported this issue and specifically asked for someone to come and fix the drain, but unfortunately, no one ever came. This is especially frustrating because we gave the hotel an opportunity to resolve the problem, but nothing was done. Another major inconvenience is the elevator situation. There is only one elevator for such a large building, which is completely inadequate for the number of guests. There are constantly lines and long waits just to use the elevator. On top of all of this, parking has to be paid for separately, while many other hotels provide free parking for their guests. Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. The room, breakfast, pool, elevator situation, maintenance, and overall level of service are nowhere near what we expected when we booked this hotel. We definitely do not feel that the experience matches the price we paid. Unfortunately, we will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to others.
