Very clean room. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and helpful. Beach view priceless.

This is a dog lovers paradise. So many dogs and all were friendly.

Everything was good I don’t have no complains at all except the fact you have to pay pay for the parking garage per day but beside that it all good

This property was absolutely beautiful!! The views were excellent and the staff was so darn friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the pool. We knew it was not the largest but when we got there is was smaller than we anticipated. My 11 year old doesn't care for the beach so we usually end up in the pool a lot. It was still nice and the people we met were equally nice. We loved this hotel so much that we are considering returning for Thanksgiving!! It was our first time in Virginia Beach but it will not be our last!!! And this will certainly be the hotel we stay in!!! See you in November!! 😊😊😊

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out the staff was very friendly, welcoming and informative. My family enjoyed their stay and is now planning our next stay for next year.

18 th floor and a damn good view of the ocean what is better than that.

Room on 16th floor had a great view. Nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast crew was amazing, so friendly, made you feel like family (Kellie).

I've stayed in this hotel quite a few times and it's been a good experience. The only thing I have to complain about is that if you're 6 feet with not so good knees bring a grab bar along for the ride. The fireworks were awesome!! Hope to see you next year Hyatt House.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Room overlooked the ocean and was absolutely beautiful! Complimentary breakfast was great and the workers were wonderful. Parking is an additional fee.

First time staying here, it was amazing, the room was clean, we stayed on a high floor room the view was perfect. Will definitely be staying here again. The staff was friendly, just overall a wow experience, thank you

I was disappointed with the amount of the charge because it seemed disproportionate to the size and nature of the item that was damaged. I believe that the hotel should consider the actual value and replacement cost of the item when determining a charge for accidental damage. Although I had a generally pleasant stay and found the staff to be friendly and helpful, this additional $100 charge negatively affected my overall experience. I hope the management will review such charges carefully and consider whether they are reasonable and appropriate based on the actual circumstances and value of the damaged item.

For the price of our room, I was expecting a more up-to-date room. It was clean for the most part but seemed a bit dated.

Breakfast was good except for pancakes and French toast sticks were cold. All good

The location, clean The hotel room was advertised to have a sofa that could be turned into a bed, did not receive. One family member had to sleep on the floor due to this. When I tried to speak to the receptionists about this, I was reassured that I had received the accommodation, which I hadn’t.

They gave us a room after my other hotel didn’t have a room available that I had reserved for the weekend. They worked with Expedia and got us in a very nice room.
