A staff member at the Ice Cream place located at the Ramada Plaza specifically stated not to use the elevators because they would get stuck and said make sure you have your phone at all times going on them. The check in staff was not pleasant at all or any time we asked a question or had to speak with them. Never once friendly. There were pretty bad smells throughout the hotel. The game room was not as advertised, it is just small claw machines. When an issue happened with an A/C leak they moved my room. That new room was not ready to be occupied, did not have any towels, TV did not work. There were no blankets in the first room, just a very thin sheet, had to ask for them. No hand/facial/body soap were offered in any room. Would not recommend!

Didn't realize the laundry room was coin operated. We didnt have any towels in our room upon arrival. The wifi continously kept cutting out.

No bodywash was provided. Only two towel was provided. Lots of people were complaining they there was no towel in the room and everyone had to come down to reception for all requirements.

There were no towels, no soap and no toilet paper when we checked in. When we went to call the front desk to let them know, the phone didn’t even work so I went downstairs myself and told them and they said that they would send housekeeping. well, 40 minutes later nothing had arrived so I had to go back down and get the towels and soap myself, and I had to take toilet paper from the public restroom until they found some for us.

Poor upkeep through the entire hotel…Needs repairs, hospitable staff and a good deep clean in all areas. Looks outdated.

I did not like anything. This was a worse hotel. I have ever stayed in my life. It should be shut down. I didn't like anything. The hotel was dirty filthy, had cockroaches running around paint peeling. Doors won't close. It's a horrible place to stay. It needs to be shut down and remodeled.

As we were on a 3 week road trip, we didn't know where our next stop would be, therefore made the reservation shortly before arriving. Upon check in, the front desk folks were more interested in conversing with each other instead of greeting me. Once I was acknowledged, I was given the key and we went to our room to change so we could head to the beach for a few hours. Upon returning, we went to the parking lot to store our chairs and saw that our car had a hit and run. I went to the front desk to report and asked if they have cameras, which they DO NOT. The girl did not know what to do, so she called the Manager who in turn told her they can't do anything, but we should call the non-emergency Police number to report it. We waited an hour for the Police to "never show up", they just called to take the info. Feeling defeated, we went to our room to shower before dinner and found we had no hand towels, washcloths or bath mat so I took two pillowcases off the bed to use for a hand towel & bath mat. The shower & sink had hair in it and was dirty, there was a hole in the ceiling, the bathroom door had dirty handprints all over it and the toilet was worn out. The patio door curtains were a mess and the step up/down out of the patio door is very steep, the glass was filthy and neither lock worked therefore our items were not secure when we went to dinner. The ice machine didn't work and the walls & carpet were in terrible condition at the elevator. Only nice thing was the view.

I will never stay here again. Check-in: front receptionist who’s a younger girl, was rude and disrespectful. On the way to room: elevator wasn’t clean, walls had holes in them and paint was chipping away everywhere. Room: no running water. Tub basically gray because of caked up dirt, no bags in trash cans, no washcloths, dingy linens and old stains on furniture. Only thing that made it bearable was the ocean view from the balcony. Pool was across the street from the hotel.

The balcony of the ocean. How tiny the bathroom was. The smell of Marijuana. Not many shells on the beach. I was told there was. Im a shell collector.

The oceanfront room has a great view Filthy walls, carpet, floor, bedding, shower curtains. Hole cut into the ceiling over the shower. Hallways full of bags trash the evening we arrived that was still there the next day. From the moment you walk in you wonder if no one who works there is seeing the sagging lobby couch cushion, the paint peeled off of the walls, the brown stain smeared in a line down the hall carpet. I would not stay in a hotel with Ramada or Wyndham in the title again after paying top dollar for this nightmare property.

I like the location is not far from the entertainment. What I don’t like about the property was that the balcony smell like pee and the room also smells a little bad.
