Ramada by Wyndham Virginia Beach

Do not go there. Disgusting, unsafe. We left not staying past an hour. Sheets had crumbs and stains. Curtains had feces spread on them, chairs stained with who-knows-what. Doors along the walkway looked like they had been kicked in and all the metal was rusting. The second room they tried to give us was wide open when we arrived. We turned around, checked out, and started the refund process.

I went there to relax but it was the opposite, i was so stress, when i open the door at room 350 smell was so bad and it was so hot aircondition unit not working, i called them and ask to fix it, they came but did not fix it instead they gave me a stand fan, i ask them if i could just transfer to another room but they just said tehy will call me if theres an available room but they did not so me and my wife had to deal with the hot temp inside the room i will not recommend this Hotel to anyone😡i should have ask them for a refund for that!!!!That is the worst Hotel i have ever been!!!!!

I would NOT stay here again. The desk staff was short to answer questions, some rooms had no air conditioning, our room had burnt out lightbulbs, no toilet paper and no hot water for a period of time, and the cleaning crew walked in without knocking. They do get 1 star for responding relatively quickly to repair requests.

This is a motel. Do not let the pics fool you. The “amenities” are located across street at the very dated and understaffed Ramada Plaza. The air conditioning worked well though

The room itself was not dumpy but the bathroom was not cleaned. A dirty wash cloth was left in the bathroom from the prior guest, a pill on the floor from the prior guest, and the mirror was super dirty. The air conditioner is super cold and you have no control of how cold it is which is not great after a full day in the sun. The pool was amazing and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

The outdoor pool was nice and the location was great The rooms were not very clean and it seemed a little run down. There was not soap and there could have been a trash can in the bathroom. Majority of the outlets were really loose so charging things was difficult.

AC didn’t work in 1 room. Nothing was done to fix it. Broken promises etc. had to move 1 guest into with someone else after paying for 2 rooms. We got no use of 1 room. We were told it had ocean view. Not true. Way far away from ocean. Had to go across the street and up 6 floors to get ice. Elevator was in parking garage, not near rooms. Had to climb lots of stairs or ramps to rooms. Pool did not open at 10. Sometimes it was 11 or 12. Overall horrible place. Don’t stay there and don’t believe what they tell you.

I was only there one night so I had a good experience. The fitness center door was locked, but that was no big deal.

It was very convenient. I love being close to the boardwalk.I’m First day on arrival, the staff was really non-welcoming. It was all men working at the desk. Thursday, when I came down to pay the rest of my balance, Miss Cindy took care of me she went above and beyond, and her customer service is phenomenal.

Location Old and falling apart. Water wasn’t hot. They fixed it for a little bit and then was cold again. The drains didn’t drain.

Air conditioning works

TV didn't work. Coffee pot didn't work. Called front desk the first night and nobody answered.

You get what you paid for

Location is great The owner is a cheapskate that doesn't car about doing maintenance. When I got there I only had cold water they said they had turn it on. Still didn't have hot water. Only one elevator works and it seems like it will malfunction every ride.

Nothing The hotel was not clean and the toilet would not flush. Website said they offered breakfast? They did not. The lady that checked us in said I know the website says that but we don’t have breakfast.

Convenient to everything including the beach. Could’ve been more updated for the pricing.

The room was better then expected and it was right across the street from the beach There was no towels in the room when we checked in, housekeeping never came to the room to restock toilet paper or towels or anything for a 3 night stay.

That it was in virginia beach and the staff It was suppose to be pay at the property and they charged me before I arrived, and then the over charged me, I have turned the bank statement in to your email, the toilet made a horrible noise, the shoer bar came off, the beds were hard as a brick, the room smelled funny, the pool was ice cold, no breakfast.
