Staff was wonderful and helpful. Loved the location especially with the restaurant attached. Lights in the room and the bathroom were dim and lacking.

A nice place the only thing that does not include breakfast and the curtains of the tub are very short, every time I bathed it seemed that I had bathed outside the tub, otherwise the view is beautiful, the place is nice and the people very lovable, Sarah is a lovely person she attended me excellently,

The pool was dirty looking during our stay(did not even use it). Water was so cloudy you could not even see the bottom. Staff at front desk was very helpful. Only has about 10 parking spots so you have to park off site. Now the WORST PART is the bar and grill attached to the restaurant (not owned by them). Tuesday and Wednesday nights were fine but Thursday and Friday were ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE if you wanted to go to sleep before 1:30am. Luckily we had no small children. They had live music and even with the a/c on, doors closed and tv on, it was like we were at the show. Definitely will not use this hotel in the future

The room was clean but the hotel is old looking everywhere else. My ocean view room was blocked by pool. There's little to no parking at the hotel. I personally won't stay here again.

What we got for the price we paid was great! Loved being so close to the beach. The cleaning staff was amazing and very helpful. However, the front desk staff was a bit terse and borderline rude when we had questions. I read on the Expedia site for this hotel that beach umbrellas were available for free use. This was not the case. That was a bit frustrating. Also, when we asked for assistance with additional parking, the staff member was reluctant to help. Overall, I would stay here again, but I would know not to expect much from the front desk staff.

However, I booked this hotel specifically because of the beach amenities advertised on Expedia. The listing stated that sun loungers and beach umbrellas were available at no charge, with cabanas available for an additional fee. Unfortunately, the hotel had none of these amenities. The only beach chairs and umbrellas available were through a separate beach service on the beach for a fee. This was very inconvenient because I would have brought my own if I had known. I was also disappointed with the communication from the staff. I asked a staff member if I could leave my garbage outside my door, but she did not respond and simply walked away. When I tried again, she continued to ignore me. I understand English may not have been her first language, but even a simple acknowledgment would have been appreciated. My fiancé also tried speaking to her in Spanish, but communication remained extremely difficult. Overall, we loved the location, beach proximity, and beautiful ocean views, especially watching dolphins every morning. However, the inaccurate information about the beach amenities and poor communication from staff took away from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Expedia should ensure that listed amenities accurately reflect what is actually provided.

Loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the waves. The pool was also nice and being able to sit on a lounge chair really made it a relaxing getaway!🙂

There was a gun shot that went off from the previous room while me , my husband and 2 kids were out to dinner. I noticed a lot of debris in the floor on return to the room after dinner but the next morning I seen a bullet casing and reported to staff. Police were called and police report was filed. Unfortunately they gave us one night credited because they could not give us a comparable room. I requested for the room to be vacuumed and cleaned from all the wood and debris. No one never came and cleaned the room during our whole stay. They made the bed once. And also when asked to unclog the sink, they left the hair and debris on the counter top. So disgusting. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am seeking full compensation for my stay. I did not even sleep comfortably in that room. Today I emailed corporate.

The lobby was also poorly set up — there were only two sofas on the ground floor, and both were crammed into the entrance area. The hotel’s attached restaurant was not clean. The tables hadn’t been wiped and were sticky to the touch. Worse, when my oysters were brought out, a fly came down onto them. I expected far better, and I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Definitely should’ve gone with my gut when I stepped out of the car to check in! While checking in, I overheard another couple checking out because they felt the hotel had been misadvertised. That should’ve been my second sign. The lobby is extremely outdated, and unfortunately, so are the hallways. Surprisingly, the room itself was decent, but the housekeeping and guest service left a lot to be desired. I had to call housekeeping three times within 30 minutes just to get towels and washcloths. On the third call, the front desk employee was rude, which was frustrating considering I was the guest still waiting for basic items. Eventually, another front desk employee brought them to us, not housekeeping. My best friend and her family, who were also staying at the hotel, had an even worse experience with housekeeping. Their room was never cleaned during their stay, even after a serious situation occurred in their room that made housekeeping service especially necessary. Despite requesting that the room be cleaned, no one ever came. Speaking with the front desk staff was pretty much useless because they simply told us there was nothing they could do. When asked to speak with a manager, we were told the manager was new and that they didn’t have contact information for them!! What??!!! Again, dont stay here! Entire hotel needs a makeover including the staff.

Nice beach view but the lights in the rooms are very dim.
