Days Inn by Wyndham Virginia Beach At The Beach

This hotel could use a lot of renovations, especially for the daily rate. Please do away with all of the carpet and replace with the same laminate by the bathroom. The furniture was a tad beat. The microwave in our room was a fire hazard. The parking was tight and we sustained damage to the front passenger door due to a careless guest. The service though was top notch. Very very hospitable and attentive to our needs. The towels were great too. Could see the ocean from our view out of the room and was close enough to the beach and restaurants. If your in VA Beach to be out of the room more than in the room, this will definitely do well for you.

The sheets were dirty no hot water

As soon as we arrived, no parking available at 5pm parked in apparently an overflow parking area with no security cameras was only option and my new car was hit and damaged my rear bumper. I reported it, he said he didn't know what to do I'd have to wait till morning, then manager came in said that it was a police problem not there's and that night I got video and pictures of trucks parking so close they had to exit out windows. It was awful. Never will I stay at this place again. It was cheaper and you really get what you pay for. Not to mention the other things going on here as well. What a horrible and sleepless 2 nights.

The room we stayed looked like the cleaners just change the sheets. The bathroom sink was not wiped down, it still had water residue on the faucet. The shower had small visible mold.

And their breakfast you could make a waffle and everything else is cold. They did have some oatmeal and some kind of omelette that looked pathetic and also they didn’t have the water in the room where the food was. They only clean the room when we asked in the five days we stayed maybe cleaned it twice would never stay there again.

I like the breakfast, the customer service, and how accommodating they were. Between 11:30am-10:00pm, I stayed in a total of 3 rooms due to a bug problem in the first, and a toilet issue in the second. I really like this hotel, but due to day of booking, I guess I couldnt enjoy a pretty good room until it was time for me to go. I have booked with them before. I would have liked to have the room I stayed in before with a balcony, and a view of the ocean. That room was more updated, cleaner, and bigger.

It was very close to everything! Housekeeping went above and beyond! He was super nice! The pool was very nice! We played all the games at motel! My issue was the staff in breakfast room. She wasn’t nice, she didn’t greet anyone. She said “ what is your room number?” Then she sat talking to another employee about other staff! She could maybe clean off tables from other guests.

Would stay again as a last resort.

The room was comfortable for 3 adults. The breakfast was average, nothing special but adequate. The hotel staff and front desk people were all very friendly and helpful. Evan was especially nice and is an asset to your hotel. Perfect location on the beach. Laid back feeling of the hotel made the stay pleasant. Water pressure was good and the bathroom facilities worked properly. The view of the ocean from our 3rd floor room as wonderful. Parking was available on-site. Some of the facility is a little run down and in need of updating but everything met our needs. The coffee in the room and at the breakfast was really bad. Need to upgrade that.
