Lo que megusto fue la atencion del personal el hotel en si es muy bonito lo que no megusto fue que al llegar medieron un cuarto con una sola cama cuando pague por dos y la habitacion holia muy mal y tenia mucha humedad

The hotel isn’t in terrible shape yet, but has definitely seen better days. There are only three elevators which are not enough for a hotel this size. In addition, one off the elevators was out for 4 of the 6 days we were there. Our room was ok. The beds are not comfortable and the bathrooms are in desperate need of a remodel. Our tub floor was peeling and there was some very suspect caulk work done around the edges. The AC in the room does not work very well and one morning we woke ups with a pool of water coming from the closet door that houses the AC unit. We reported it and the maintenance staff took care of it right away. The staff overall was very friendly other than the front desk staff. They do not act like they want to be there at all. Great view, it’s an ok hotel. Just given the price and other options, I would choose somewhere else.

The breakfast is very bad. If you arrive at 8:30, when the service is supposed to close at 9:30, you still don’t have basic foods such as milk or fruit. We had to go out to feed the kids. I have been in other SpringHill Suites before, and this was the least clean overall, including the pool areas and elevators. Our room was cleaned, but still the carpet was left with crumbs. The sliding door for the balcony was not working so we could not open the door. Finally, our door broke and we got locked out a couple of times.

Excellent hotel right by the Boardwalk! Quiet, safe, clean, comfortable and convenient for every day activities. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My fav hotel

I was overcharged and made to believe I was getting a bigger suite by booking.com. The property told me third party sites use pictures and descriptions that don’t match the properties availability So I still got charged for a bigger room just to stay in a standard room. Not happy on so many levels. I will not be using booking.com any more Ever.

Outdoor pool with bar. Clean and comfortable room. Room was ready when we arrived. On-site parking garage. One of three elevators was out of service. This caused long wait times.

We love the location. Its near our favorite places. We love the 2nd level extended balcony. The breakfast and onsite parking bring us back. Dual pools with hot tub is a main attraction. We have stayed at this facility MANY times. The 3rd elevator continues to be broken which backs up traffic tremendously. The outdoor pool and hot tub hours were not honored cutting our relax time rather short at night-the dual pools are a main point of attraction. The waffles and we're shut down multiple times. The fruit was rotten and there wasn't any brown sugar or cinnamon for the oatmeal. After the renovation that recently took place I would have expected the hotel to step up not down. On top of the pool-elevator- and breakfast disappointment the hotel now charges 25.00 per night for parking. I booked the room for a 2nd floor balcony for our family of 7 to have extra space and was put on the 12th floor instead. Sadly after 18 years I will definitely look for other options next year.

The suitcase rack was broken, there were not enough towels for our family of 4, and the bathroom sink was partially clogged. A $350/night room should not have those issues upon check in. Also the outdoor pool is not connected to the hotel. The good: Clean. Fairly decent breakfast.

Everything was great overall, just keep in mind they can charge you extra just for parking in my case was $30 per day so it was a surprise but other than that it was a nice stay .

La vista,La cómida!

The rooms were spacious and clean. The lobby was bright and updated. The location was perfect! Steps from the beach and a short walk from restaurants and shops. Wasn’t too noisy at night. Breakfast was a lot more than we anticipated— lots to pick from. The staff was accommodating whenever we called. Would stay here again! My family had a blast!

Overall I had a great experience. Mainly because I was traveling with my grand children. The room was set up to accommodate our needs and the staff were friendly and helpful.
