Room was nice size. Plenty of space. Nice view to ocean. Air conditioner was in room, not hanging out balcony (which was nice). It could have been cleaner in room. The refrigerator had spilled milk in door and something else spilled all over top shelf. They forgot to put clean towels in the room. Had to go ask for some. The TVs were not connected so maintenance had to come fix them. There was visible sand on bar stools. Hair on bathroom floor. Something red on railing of balcony. No welcome packet or do not disturb sign in room. The safe in the room did not work. Location, view of ocean and size of room was really only good things about it.

The location is great. The property was generally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The towels were nice and water pressure was was also good. The rooms and furniture need to be upgraded. The staff was fine but not particularly attentive.

The bad the hotel is also a time share place so the parking lot in front is for them, you park across the street which is fine but could use more lighting it is creepy at night. The jacuzzi was nice but the 2 times I used it, there was like an oily films always floating on top, The room again nice but not the best the bathroom had a shower curtain rod looked like it was ready to fall, there was no toiletpaper when I walked in, the kitchen pots and pans were all bent and damaged, but I blame the people not hotel. The sofa bed was dirty and some strains that I had to use a towel to sit on.All in all a good place to stay but can do better.

To start, the check in took 10+ minutes per person checking in. They continually had trouble with computers, credit cards, etc. and didn’t seem to have the procedures down pat. We checked in at 2pm not expecting a room, but they had ours ready. However, they would only give it to us if we paid an additional $25 (which was not stated anywhere that they would charge for early check in). Our room was clean, but it was certainly dated. The bathroom needed lots of work. The door to the balcony was old/rusted and I had to use considerable force to open it whenever we went out there. The cold water facets did not give cold water. It came out warm (and tasted funny). We used our own water if we had to drink any. Our room was on the 2nd floor right near where they keep the linens for what seemed like the entire building. Our bedroom was right on the other side of this room and early morning we would hear the carts being wheeled out. At the end of the day there were always several carts out in the hallway. Lastly, the parking for the place was limited. If you didn’t fit in the parking lot you had to park across the street in limited spots in the parking garage. Lastly, there was mold in the bath/shower. Overall we liked the place last year which is why we came back this year. However, based on our stay we will most likely seek another hotel when we come down to stay.
