The location is very good.but need better housekeeping.very poor condition of bathrooms.No proper maintenance observed.

The location was perfect for me to meet my accountants in MVP Colony. Just a short walk to cafe coffee day, and plenty of food options around. I asked for an invoice and forget to get on leaving. Hoping that they will give upon subsequent request. I did not like booking on booking.com but yet still getting messages from treebo, including a request of half payment to ensure confirmation of booking. It was all Ok in the end.

I didnt stay at the property in pictures, they gave accommodation in a different MVP check inn, apparently their new hotel as they didnt have rooms available in above hotel. the rooms were spacious and location was 2km away from beach road which is a plus, multiple food options around hotel, its on main road which is easily accidentally The taps in washroom were loose and the floors were oily which didnt go away even after they mopped, which made the floors slippery, seemed like they were not really serious about getting plumbing work done and maintain the rooms on a regular basis even if they are occupied or not. They only do IF and WHEN we ask them to. Also, the rooms I Stayed in didnt match the price I paid, due to location accessibility i had to settle

I lost my SAMSUNG CHARGER WHICH 7 KEPT IN THE BAG CLEANER OR ATTENDER WOMAN MIGHT HAVE TAKEN IT MUST BE CAREFUL WITH THEM

I went to that hotel after booking through booking.com but despite my booking, I was not given a room there because hotel staff sey the room was full. that the hotel staff is very angry and spoke angrily with me.please My request is that you do not do this to any guest as has happened with me.
