while there is no booking charges, property owner started demanding 50% booking amount. While the last date of payment was 24th Dec'25 as per email (48 hours before checkin) . Property owner cancelled the booking on 18th itself without any intimation and I forced to look for alternate option. very poor customer service and no consideration of booking.com bookings. poor property

The hotel is in the heart of city and good infrastructure 1 ) Towels are Old and not hygienic 2 ) TAP waters are leaking 3 ) No maintenance done 4 ) TV are not working conditions 5 ) Bell Boy not available

The location was great. It was very accessible for public transport. The staff were helpful too. One of the rooms had a moldy smell. The ventilation is terrible as there are buildings on both sides with almost no gap.
