breakfast is good, beach access is good. room cleanliness and bathroom fittings were not upto expectations. balcony door was not getting locked. so safety was a concern. there were no indoor activities available for children

Located at the right place in Vizag and feasible for shopping as well as beach walk from the property in the morning was awesome . Lalita the person was very helpful and great hospitality from her end and follow-up to check with me everyday on room service and other cleaning was great . Nothing sort

The only thing which is appreciable was the location..That's all. Rooms are not upto the mark. Reception and room service is unprofessional.The buffet breakfast is not upto the benchmark.. Overall my experience is horrifying and poor.

My booking was cancelled by hotel. They said their HVAC had some problems and hence cancelled Booking. I think they deliberately cancelled for better options
