Home away from home. It would have been better to make provision of the lunch and dinner. Mattress is not comfortable.

Very comfortable, quiet (for New Year’s Eve). Great location, if you want to be away from crowds and traffic. Staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We had to leave very early to catch a 6:45am train, and staff was great in making sure our taxi was there to pick us up on time. Highly recommend! Not applicable. Everything was great!

Our daughter travelled with us last minute .. property could have easily accommodated her but chose to charge.. room was big enuf we did not avail floor mattress…This in my opinion was poor customer service…

People who come as a group of 7- 10 dominate & utilise most of the common area & facilities.They take rest, talk leisurely & even have food in the common area in that floor.People like us who go as a family of 3 are forced to stay inside the room.

Much as I liked the Room, location and staff behaviour- Wish they had some in house arrangements for Dinner at night. It was very inconvenient that they could not provide basic arrangement for food. No in house arrangement or tie up for meals at night.
