Staff were good nd helpful The rooms got bed bugs everywhere on bed on wall and floors too which made really an issue thinking of our health and couldn't sleep a night even when we changed the room then also and because of it one of my family had to sleep in corner outside the corridor at night using our own bedshits booked for three days and two nights but stayed only one night nd checked out of the hotel really really worst experience nd the refund that we got out of it was really minimal according the stree we felt while the one day stay so never gonna be back there in that hotel ever

location the facilities can be improved , the sheets where not that clean . We booked delux room and thought the facilities would be better but it was not worth the price i would rather go for standard room, it is the same as delux
