Location was good The staff asked for tips for just appearing at my room to make sure I checked out. There was also at least one cockroach in the bathroom

Location The management at this hotel is horrible. They treat you like a criminal. I arrived late at night for a two-night booking and asked if I could pay one night and then the second night in the morning, and they flat-out refused. On booking.com it says that they accept credit cards, so I didn't carry enough cash. They don't speak English either, they don't give you fresh towels, the sheets did not seem clean, and the wifi doesn't work. They insist on immediate payment, but don't give you immediate change, which they don't see as ironic at all. When you ask them to give you a towel or change the sheets, they say "tomorrow" and complain that "no towels or sheets are available", but then upon arguing, they become magically available They cannot fathom the possibility that someone might not want to go to an ATM at 1130pm at night in a city they do not know at all. They refuse to do even the slightest thing to help make their clients' stay even slightly more enjoyable or easier.. What I had to was remake the booking one night at a time on booking.clm to appease them, which was more work for all of us, but it was the only way for them to agree.
