Here is a list of my feedback that you can use to improve your service. - I was a bit confused during the checkout about minibar. She asked me if I took anything from minibar and I told her that I didn't take anything since the minibar was empty. It was hard to speak with her since she did not speak English, she spoke only German or Croatian. - No USB charging plugs in the room. - Shower head needs to be fixed, since the water pressure is uneven, I am not sure if this is mounted properly.

Spacious clean hotel room, with a modern design. The balcony was a great extra to make it feel even more spacious. Excellent service from the lady at reception. Walkable distance to the harbour, but we mainly stayed here for a trip to Krka National Park which is in driveable distance from here. We booked specifically because of the pool and the jacuzzi, seemed like a nice way to relax after a hike, but they did not heat the pool nor was the jacuzzi to be warmed up to an agreable temperature (or non of the staff knew how to), which was a bummer.

The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, the room was immaculate with a nice powerful shower. The breakfast was very nice with a good mixture of food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop area was perfect to sunbathe, lovely and quiet and the infinity pool / hot tub was perfect for having a dip and to relax / cool off. Nothing really.

Spacious room, free parking space. The staff were kind. It is a good price compared to the rest of the hotels in Dalmatia of the same rank during the summer period. We booked an accessible room and after confirming in messages with staff that the room has handles on the toilet (which is very needed for my travel partner who sits in a wheelchair), we were quite disappointed when we arrived and realized there were no handles at all! The situation was "resolved" by providing as a 10 % discount on the original room price per our request. (We would rather be satisfied that we got the room as requested and confirmed). There is a bad sound isolation (you hear everything from the corridor). This can be because the accessible room is placed next to the reception.
