locations and staff amazing. poor finishes to the building, lift floor was spongy door opened very slow and took 5 attempts to close some of the time. Balcony floor tiles move, feet need to be readjusted. Breakfast over crowed, too many people felt like a camp site.

We liked reception desk staff. They were very professional and helpful. Room was great. AC was great. Exterior is fantastic. Floor with the infinity pool is great for photos. However, cold water, unbalanced tiles... Great view from the hotel room. We are very disappointed with restaurant staff. (on the floor of reception) Rarely we found prepared tables. And many tables were all the time full with dirty dishes waiting to be pickup. Staff were very unprofessional. Food is contradictory. Great groceries that were destroyed by kitchen staff. Interior is... cold. Interier was not as we expected from 4star hotel. It was quite cold and empty.

Basicly nothing Generaly very bed relationship with customer and customer request. I felt this is because booking came trough platform not directly. Definetly first and last stay in this hotel, and one of the last booking.com reservation

Recently built hotel, great view, great architecture, fast room cleaning, rationally furnished rooms, good location, great pools. Local offer for breakfast is great. Rooms show some wear and tear even though the hotel looks new. Fridge was noisy and had to be unplugged for the night. Too few elevators and many guests who do not know how to call it correctly. English breakfast foods (eggs, bacon, beans ...) not so great, but all the rest is. Pity breakfast cannot be eaten outside or in a place with some view.

Be very careful not to confuse this property with its neighbor, Hotel Olympia, which is situated right next door. The similar names can easily lead to mix-ups during booking or arrival, as I unfortunately discovered firsthand. The hotel suffers from inadequate elevator capacity—with just two lifts servicing the entire building, guests frequently endure frustratingly long wait times.

In my numerous trips, this is the first hotel with such a well-thought-out design of the rooms and bathrooms - I am talking about functionality. On top of that, a perfect spa and a perfect view of the sea from room. The staff at Olympia Sky as well as at Olympia za were not only professional but also human, which is lacking these days, with a pleasant smile on their faces not only at the reception of both hotels but also in the restaurantand and even the cleaning lady. I convey my respect for such an attitude. The coffee at breakfast, I was under the impression that it was from the coffee machine but it was instant so I didn't drink it, It's a pitty because there is so much good ground coffee in Croatia.

Location and facilities are great. We had to go 1 day earlier, we kindley asked to transfer that 1 day on some other thime when we arrive and wanted to book additional days in future, and management said ok, but give us your doctor notice whay we are leaving 1 day early. To give them doctor notice? What are we in primary school maybee? That is why we are giving bad review, not because of hotel, but for the bad manegement. With this kind of behaviour, they wont see us again.

Extremely big and comfortable room, very clean. Fantastic wellnes and spa facilites, which is what we wanted, with 2 seperate options of pools and saunas. Great food Only 2 elevators for a lot of people and tall builidng, that is too low.
