a very warm and friendly welcome by the lady of the house who served typical French breakfast

Corinne was a great host. Good communication with us. Amazing breakfast and she kindly accommodated our request for an early breakfast. Parking is on the street in front of her home. She offered to move her car so we could park close but there were spots available not far up the road so that it was not necessary. The room was large and had ample space for us to relax Nothing

Centrally located. The home is charming and unique. The dining area is built in the cave. Its a historic home. Excellent host and breakfast. When it came time to pay, there was no option to pay with a card at the property. Cash only. If you are prepared, its not a problem.

A quirky property hosted by lovely warm and friendly corrine. Bedrooms were large , airy and comfortable decorated in classic French style. Corrine was a superb host, who cooked a delightful meal for us and produced more breakfast than we could possibly eat! Perfect for our one night stopover but although location was in a pretty village there was nothing there if you were looking to stay for longer.

Very helpful hostess. Nothing was too much trouble. Moved her own car in the street to give us a parking space. Lovely old property furnished throughout with antiques. Comfortable large bed with ensuite bathroom with a shower. Secluded garden to sit in and very peaceful. Absolutely amazing breakfast. Home-made cakes and jam, cheese, ham, fresh fruit salad, and even offered a fried egg! Highly recommended.

As mentioned in other reviews, the breakfast was excellent. The host even made freshly baked gluten free food for me which was delicious. It’s only a short walk up to the vineyards so there is plenty of dog walking locally. Also, there are several wine producers within walking distance where you can taste and buy wine. Nothing

The property is very quirky. A lot of character and interesting because it is built into a cave. It is much smaller than we expected and front door just off the street. Parking was on the small street outside. The owner kindly moved her car and let us use her space but it’s quite a small lane. We were not so keen on the dolls everywhere but that is personal taste.

La Closerie is part house and part cave with very interesting decorations. The hostess is charming and couldn’t have been more hospitable. The breakfast is delicious and generous. We had no trouble parking in the street directly outside. la Scarlatta is the one to go for dinner. The stairs are quite steep but we were offered help with our bags.
