The staff was professional, helpful and all of them were really nice, I would say this was the best part of the hotel. The property is also okay, we had booked the villa and the structure/built is very practical and spacious. Food was great. Property is okay but it is not managed properly, it can do wonders if only it was maintained properly. There were lizards in both the bathrooms! On the surface it might look clean but when you properly check the room you realise it is not at all clean, there were used stinking quilts(razais) from winters in the cupboards which were not even folded, it was just thrown inside the cupboard. The kettle provided had no lid. Wifi on the 2nd floor was not working that day apparently so we couldn't stream anything on the tv. Proper information about important things is not provided beforehand.Balconies were not clean, floor was not clean.. you could see old droplets of different kinds of liquid everywhere. There were a lot of electricity issues. All in all, apart from the staff nothing was exceptional about this hotel. It was really not worth the money we spent.

Room is Spacious, Can easily accommodate 6 Person from same Family, Clean & Tidy, LOcation is cool & Calm. with ample parking space, The Room were quite Spacious, Beds were also comfortable, The Issue arise 1. Bathroom were cleaned, But Flush were not working with Heavy Smell of Smoking, Either Bidi or Cigarette 2. Room Television not in working condition. 3. Room AC is set as 17 Degree & Remote was not working,

The restaurant area - the staff and food was really nice. Reception staff were also helpful and friendly. Location and grounds are very nicely kept and the property was easy to get to. The rooms could do with a renovation, as they are very run down and the quilts, bedsheets, towers etc need to be replaced and need to work on the cleaning of the room.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. We stayed for one night and enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the property, which were reasonably priced. The check-in process was smooth, and Krishna at the reception was very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for a comfortable family stay. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Food Irresponsible Staff. Despite multiple reminders about water not coming in Bathroom, staff continuously ignored and we suffered like hell without water. Secondly, about their Irresponsibility towards the bookings done. I booked including breakfast however they charged for the breakfast when we had on first day. When I reminded about breakfast included in booking, then staff asked they will check again and come back. Further they find it included so removed breakfast charges. Third, they will not provide Drinking Water, Towel, Soap, Shampoo unless u remind them. They will just clean the room. Highly highly highly Irresponsible staff. Location is good, property is good BUT Very poor management. Most important: They will charge complete amount at Checkin unlike other Hotel/Resort.

Great property , beautiful place to stay . Food was great from the restaurant. Very big rooms Room service was terrible . No one listen to you if you need anything in the room . We have asked duty manager as well for the service but no response .

Good rooms! Good staff!! Lots of insects and flies in the evening crawling inside the rooms through the balcony. Bathroom could be better! Full glass required in showers to avoid water overflow in the non-shower area! Fans could have been properly aligned with the bed placement.

Big clean quiet room, friendly staff, excellent service, good food The ac was too noisy and too close to the bed. Not possible to sleep with ac on.
