The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms were broken & unclean , it was not according to the pictures shown on your website that I checked before booking.

The location is ideal, however road closures by administration may become a nightmare. It has a spacious and secure environment. Parking is adequate. The house keeping needs to match up, especially the cleanliness of washrooms.

nothing. booking .com looted money. the room was not worth 4k per night..even hotel said we paid more when we demanded for better facilities and services they said it should be 1500 to 1900 rs. location was bad. 1st day the room given was in a different building which is not even shown in booking.com website. I need my money back. am stopping using booking.com site from.now.

... This was a complete unpleasant stay at this hotel. This property is not at all recommended for stay with family. Non courteous staff. We had a small accident due to which we got late for check out. The staff members threatened us to pay the late check-out fees without which we were not allowed to leave the hotel. Purportedly they had bouncers lined up for a hastle from our end as they were using walky talkies to close the main gate so that we do not leave without paying extra charges as above. We were forced to pay 2500/- as 50% of the room charges which we did. They do not have trained officials and staff members. Persons sitting at reception do not have manners as to how to attend to their guests. They would keep on lying with no regret on face for their shortcomings. They even don't follow the same preparation for dishes which u order from the menu. I request every one reading this post / review not to select this hotel property for stay with family / friends. Now when I write this review I am totally surprised to see that my booking shows as cancelled. (Ref image). I can't download my invoice. However I still have the late check-out charges receipt paid in cash by me. I am also attaching relevant images for everyone to be aware of. It is requested to booking.com to blacklist this hotel property from your list as this is a threat to people travelling with their family to Vrindavan.
