Clean room and safe for families

Staff was very helpful. Older hotel but kept up.

However, room had very strong scent that bothered me and due to the heat, the AC and the room were very humid.

Plenty of parking and AC was freezing cold. :) Facility is very old and needs renovations and professional repairs. "Included Breakfast" is hilarious...honey buns and danishes with coffee on side.

The room was clean, the person who checked us in was nice and knowledgeable about traffic patterns out of Waco, coffee was fresh in the morning - we were on a road trip from Tennessee to CA so we wanted a clean place to crash for a few hours, so it was nice. I would stay there again.

The front counter lady, when I checked in, was very nice, and helpful. The location is ideal, for when I need to stay in Waco, from time to time. The room was clean, and the pillows were comfortable, as was the bed. Really nothing I can think of. The only thing, that I could commit on would be, the pre-printed Tv guide, was off on some of the channels, as described. For example, it might say channel 32-1 is Fox XX movie channel, but it was something else. This is not a big deal though, just use the remote and find the station.

The hotel and room were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was really clean and the rooms had fridge, microwave, coffee pot, ironing board, and hair dryer. I also liked the location. I felt safe there and it was quiet. I wish they had a better breakfast. No pool.
