The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Their team would text us to make sure everything was perfect! I asked for a microwave and they provided one. I asked for extra hand towels and they brought it right away. They offer activities throughout the week every day- all free, like the rejuvenating sunrise yoga class I took one morning! I loved their adult-only infinity pool! We also had fun going down their big slides and taking pics under their waterfalls. We walked from one end of the beach to the other end! The Beach Resort Marriott is a beautiful property!

The big building where our room was located is older and less upkept - the AC couldn’t cool the room and we saw a cockroach. Strongly suggest to splurge for the more modern rooms in the two story buildings. The beach chair process is lengthy: waited in line from 7:40 to 8am and was the last to get an umbrella; then another 45 min in next line for umbrella to be set up. Even though there were 4 of us, you only get 1 umbrella and two chairs per room. Ulua beach was great (no chair setup available) and we ended up snorkeling the reef on the right side of it seeing lots of fish and a turtle. The food around was commercial and overpriced. Humble kitchen dinner was just average and not worth the price. But then again everything in that area is super pricy and average. Overall, would choose this location again for its location, and grounds, and kids activities but would splurge for better room in newer buildings and would go for food into the plazas 15 min drive away

Great for families only thing seating can be improved with a lot of people, hard to find seating not impossible had a great time with the family had a amazing time with the shops 2 mins away (walking) it’s a big plus

Everything was excellent. Three pools, all a little different from one anther (slides, family, and adult). The arcade was a big hit for our kids during some down time. Views from our sundeck room were top notch. Overall, our family had a great time.

Had an amazing vacation! The hotel was in a great location and had wonderful ammenities. The garden view rooms are in a horrible location. Our room overlooked the the roof of the bell hop stand. Very underwhelming. Aside from that the property is fantastic!

I felt that their charges for extra services and facilities were excessive. The room was expensive and I object to their adding another $100 per night for a "resort fee" and self parking.
