Need update furniture. Iron didn't work, no extra blanket nor for pullout coach. Had to literally walk down 3 flights to walk past 3 buildings to get to office to receive. No body soap. No hand soap smh FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

Convenient location. Nice and spacious rooms. The staff expected me to keep a 4 year old and a 2 year old toddlers quiet on the upper level. I suggested that when guest make reservations and include small children, they should house them on the bottom level.

Room size Decor, bedding, bed, DUST EVERYWHERE, old bed everything needs an update especially the tv this is so ugly and old inside with very thin blankets!! Nasty pullout couch bed
