The first room I was put in had mold in the room. The second room they put me in. I believe had bed bugs so before I bring my clothes home I gotta make sure I don’t have bedbugs. Very terrible hotel and I am very disappointed. You should not recommend this to anyone.

I called to confirm the room & they “didn’t have a room for me” even though i had a confirmation number and everything, i won’t be trying to stay there again

Please do not stay at this hotel. It is for homeless peoples and transition peoples. The rooms are nasty. I did not stay at this hotel. The rooms are dirty, nasty and smell like mildew you got people standing out in front of the hotel like they stayed there. I did not know that when I booked this room do not book this hotel horrible. I left immediately.

There were roaches in our hotel room. The room in itself wasn’t clean. No one came to clean or tidy up daily so we had to leave our trash outside the door for them to pick up. Staff were not really helpful. I was in need of extra sheets & they stated they didn’t have any to give (which I knew wasn’t true). The only pro is that they had breakfast but it was the same thing everyday. You honestly get what you pay for. Believe the reviews that you see & the rating of the hotel. If you have the money, I’d seek other options.

I didn't like the bathroom the toilet was not stable the sink was missing the stopper, and the shade would not do up

The girl at the front desk tried her best to accommodate my husband & I who were in town for a wedding but after the 3rd room, we decided it was just best for us to quickly change our clothes and get to the wedding. On the way out I thanked her for her help but kindly returned the keys to her and explained that this was not going to work for us.

I'm not sure why this property is listed as having free Wi-Fi when they do not. I asked the manager and he told me some nonsense about it the area, but there are other hotels in that area and I check with them. They don't have a white colleague issue so I'm not sure why it's advertised as free Wi-Fi, but they do not have Wi-Fi, I had to purchase a hotspot, for my phone so that I could use my laptop. And there doesn't seem to be any plan by the management to fix it

Staff went above and beyond Rolling black outs on wifi. Breakfast was slack for a Sunday. Tub was dirty. Not enough towels.

Parking lot looks crazy, broken down cars everywhere, overall curb appeal is not good. Hard to get rid of the smell of that building out of our clothes.

I love that it had a Jacuzzi inside of the room, but there was some stains on the walls. But overall, it was pretty OK. I did do some cleaning of my own.

The room was clean, but our room was missing a whole light by the bed, and we were unable to use the window shade.

The location This particular property and location had a strong odor once you walked in the entrance. After retrieving my room key the elevator smell like someone urinating in it. The rooms had live and died roaches in there. I checked out IMMEDIATELY after checking in. The next morning I contacted the property and spoke w/the manager. She was nice and approachable. I booked 2 rms and she refunded my money back. Now, I have to wait for booking.com to initiate the return she’s I booked through a third party. I will not book through a third party again unless I’m familiar about the cleanliness of a hotel. Awaiting on a third party to refund my money is insane. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS LOCATION. Enter at your own risk.
